Moore clicks his tongue. "So it looks like it's a container... which I kind of guessed." He taps his chin a few times. "I think we do need something a bit more substantial. I can't cast my knowledge spell again today, but I can try a wish spell."

He ponders again. "Though I'm not sure what to try with it... oh! Of course." He nods and steps further back to 120 feet.

Wish for Greater Arcane sight. If with the +1 spell level I could maybe increase the range of it from 120 feet to 200, Moore would get that far away.

You could, but note that greater arcane sight by itself doesn't let you ID items like analyze dweomer can.

Thats fine. Let's see if it has magic on it at all. That may get me around what's inside of it anyway.

Moore blinks, then blinks again. "That was the most surreal sense of whiplash I've ever had." He nods to Jetina. "Thank you for being so quick. Yes, I think we know what happened to everyone in that fortress as well as their items. Still, though..."

He takes a breath in and out. "Obviously I want to just break it, but we need to know what exactly it is." A click of his tongue. "Let me try my new spell out tomorrow with it and see if I can get some answers."

You're eating dinner - a plain affair of fruits mostly - and looking over reports from Hope's Landing. It's nothing dreadfully interesting, merely needed clerical work.

It's then that your door opens, Xandra leading a familiar face in. Donald is there, stacks of papers and scrolls carried. "Got more from Seira," he announces, "Should fill your time up."

"Oh, thanks!" Moore says as he greets him. "Would you please let her know my next stops will be the Terminal Archives and Labyrs? That way we don't duplicate any efforts or anything. Oh, and I have The Book back if she needs to have anyone read it. She'll know what I mean."

[Anastasia]

"I'll pass it on," Donald says, as Xandra closes the door. He puts it all down in front of you, "She said all of you are getting close?"

[Nephrite]

"Yep. I'd say we're likely to be about 80 percent done with what you've brought me. If you want to stick around I can give you an exact number."

[Anastasia]
