No one specific? Maybe Delaize - it's been a while since I did any checking in or updates on the status of the realm. Hell, I don't even know how big or how many people we got.

[Anastasia]

Sure.

Delaize isn't hard to get - you simply call him up. He comes in and asks quietly, "Yes, Alyssa?"

[Iron Dragoon]

"I wanted to check-in on the state of things. Our size, population, general things, and see how you're doing."

[Anastasia]

"As you like," Delaize says, "What exactly do you want to know first?"

[Iron Dragoon]

I dunno how in depth you wanna go with this, so if you don't want to give solid answers to some of this, I'm cool with it as long as you say so.

"How's our population and industry growth? What are we lacking, what are we looking to have as primary trade industries?"

[Anastasia]

I'll stay fairly vague, yeah.

"Increasing," Delaize says, "I can give you a census in a week.Right now we've developing everything so that's not the problem - we'll know more of what we need in time."

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa nods.

"I suspected that. Let's keep an eye on families. Shaundakul brought us a lot of people, but we need families and children to really sustain ourselves. How's the testing and schooling getting set up? How short are we on teachers?"

[Anastasia]

"Not as short as I feared," Delaize says, "We have enough to get by now, with more in time."

[Iron Dragoon]

"That's incredibly good. We need to consider what organizations to Foster. Trade guilds, adventuring guilds, and the like."

[Anastasia]

"Well, some of all," Delaize says, "Which do you prefer?"

[Iron Dragoon]

"Well, as far as craftsmen go, let's consolidate for now. Once we see what industries we'll have, we can allow them to expand on their own. We'll need something to pull in healers, alchemists, and druids, outside of the adventuring guid. Let's keep an eye out for money lenders and hope we can limit less than honest ones.

Which brings us to the always present and undesirable thieves guilds and assassin's guilds. What in roads have they made?"

[Anastasia]

"Not much, yet," Delaize says, "We're doing our best to discourage those things."

[Iron Dragoon]

"Mm... As much effort as we put in, they will too. If they do get a foot hold, we'll have to deal with it. Either with eradication or by coming to an agreement. As much as I don't want to do that, I'm not sure I want to fight them and Shar."

[Anastasia]

"They might serve Shar," Delaize points out, "No sense in giving them an inroad."

[Iron Dragoon]

"Yes, but if we can't stop them anyway... Better the devil you know. We'll have to find a few counter operatives to help keep them out."
