Well, I've never really used WoC before, so I dunno what's the best option here. I'd like to be able to just create it like the chains were, but I doubt I'm at that level yet. So... I guess forge one up and use the WoC during creation?

It's hard, it's a struggle - and in the end you have a hammer. The hammer seems right in your hand and strong, and yet...it needs more. It needs something to finish it, a spark of enchantment.

I don't have any enchantment feats. We got someone in the tower that does? NPC or something?

Could be done, sure.
