The path stays wider now, easier. On you walk, the path sloping up the mountainside. Ahead is a great thing, a large stone shrine. It blocks the way ahead further, the doors shut firmly. It is of plate stony gray rock, smooth and well hewn.

Seira attempts to force the doors open!

You find the doors are not locked. Within is an empty space, save for in the center. A stone bier with chains over a vast vortex of white can be seen. No blue fights against it, yet the chains of dark, deep blue hold it at bay. The vortex is pure white and about the size of a large horse or so.

[Nephrite]

"Well, this seems... obvious." Moore says.

[Corwin]

"Oh?"

[Anastasia]

Xandra studies it a time, "It seems safe bound up like this. Are we to free it and destroy it?"

"No, I don't think so," It's Kascha who speak up, coming forward, "This trial is based on the Cauldron, and destruction isn't our first choice. But can anything like understanding be obtained from something of the Far Realm?"

[Corwin]

"Good advice," Seira tells Kascha, trying to manifest a blue chain from divine power!

[Nephrite]

Moore will stand back to watch! Maybe he can learn something about how to affect something from Beyond with his own power.

Just like a chain of iron painted blue or trying to mimic whatever those chains are?
