Alicia does not in fact fight in her usual decisive style - perhaps Sylvie really is strong enough to take it with whatever she has bolstering her here, but immediately wiping her out with the sort of attack that can kill an avatar of Malcanthet or Lixer, instead ensuring Sylvie will have a chance to attack her and Seira and handle something from each of them.

A quick spell protects her from rays, before she shifts space putting her closer to Sylvie so she can reach out and quickly touch her before withdrawing her hand and ending her space compression to break the link.

Quickened ray deflection. Free action to compress space so I'm in melee with her, standard for a maximised ravaging touch (with quickened true strike), free action to end permanent emanation so we're no longer in melee together.
