The two square off a long moment before Prax and...Prax? A second Prax emerges, identical to him, coming from Prax's body to stand besides him. As one they both beckon Antenora on, "Come on then, show us your spear!"

Antenora takes one look at that before she points her finger at them and a blast of opal light comes forth.

The divine blast hits the first Prax, who fades away as only the second remains. "Too much for you?" He banters back.

"I've seen tricks like that before," Is Antenora's reply. "Try earning it instead of hope I rush headlong into it." She smiles a little bit despite it, "How many rush headlong into it?"

"In Ysgard? Most!" Is the answer back, "They never try it again."

Prax is up again, go ahead and react.

Meanwhile there's another pause before Prax nods to Antenora and rushes forward, coming in to charge her directly.

Yet the two meet as spear stops sword, a loud clash as they're both pushed back. In tandem Antenora moves, her own spear going for a quick swipe.

Antenora swoops up and away as he leaps back from her spear swipe, soaring above and behind him as he leaps up, a wide swing of his blade. She's too fast for it, landing behind him, 20ft away. "Not many avoid my spear," Antenora challenges back.

"Even fewer avoid my sword," Prax's own challenge is unbowed. "Let alone twice."

With a smile and a moment to brush back a stray lock of black hair, "My only wish is that I could use a smite, or show you the power of my furious strikes."

"The same thought comes to me," Prax concedes, "I could strike you easily with them. Not even that pretty armor of yours would stop me."

With an arched eyebrow, "You think yours would stop me, eladrin?"

"Not a chance in this world or any world," Prax steps forward, blade ready. "I have yet another reason to never fall."

This time Prax doesn't advance and awaits on Antenora, sword at the ready.

This time Antenora nods and...promptly fires another divine blast, right into his face.

The blast catches Prax in the shoulder as he tries to dive aside, a burst of opal light that leaves him down on the ground. He's up in an instant, springing to his feet. No words now, even if Prax smiles despite it.

'At least they're flirting a little less,' Syala says, 'Though it is cute, they have a certain chemistry.'

With a word of arcane might a sphere of rainbow colors surrounds Prax, shielding him completely.

Blasts right through the sphere, which collapses. Prax is struck within, this time right in the chest. He grimaces from that opal colored blast before, "The divine isn't stopped so easily," he concedes.

"Nor are you. A pit fiend would be dead after this assault so far." Antenora admits.

"I could use my greatest magic," Prax begins, "But...Fire won't touch you, will it? Nor will cold, if the stories are true." His sword vanishes in between blinks of an eye as he steps aside, "I have no need to die for my pride."

Free act.

Didn't he say earlier that there was no reason to hold back? "So is there any more to stand in our way within the Grandstone Fortress?" Alicia asks, stepping forward now that the battle is concluded.

[Anastasia]

"Go on," The eladrin invites, "There's one more bit of good fun for you ahead."

[Ebiris]

"Well lets go see it then. It's been a pleasure Prax," Alicia says to him, leading the way up those stairs now.

[Anastasia]

Up those stairs. Up and up and up to another hall, this one long. On the walls are dozens of glass hemispheres, smoky dark and silent. The one that stands here is a solar forged of solid gold and sparkling diamond. It is taller than all of you, looming. It has six wings and six arms, each wing sharp as a blade and each arm carrying a sword. His entire body is covered in a light robe, no armor worn. A medallion of gold hangs from his neck.

"You're worth all the stories," the solar greets you, the same voice as the one who greeted you here.

You can tell it's not a solar, but an artificial body. That and the arms spurs an ancient legend in your mind.

Long, long, long ago, one of Ysgard's great warlords was Nei-Vallas. He was a solar who studied the field of golems, as well as how to project himself into his creations. It is said that he mastered it in a way few have come close to in the eons since then, that his golems were strong indeed and filled with his power as well. He vanished after challenging the Jormungandr with his creations, and what happened to him cannot be said by any - save that he pressed the Jormugandr, gave it the rarest of treasures in Ysgard: A truly worthy battle.

"I'm glad our stories have made it in here, even if few have made it the other way," Alicia says, inclining her head in greeting. "To whom do we owe the pleasure?"

[Anastasia]

Syala matches that with her own nod. "You did good work," she agrees.

Antenora hangs back whilst the solar-golem says, "Nei-Vallas. Have you enjoyed the battles so far?"
