"Thank you for the hospitality, Lord of Colors. I hope we can meet again." Moore says.

With that in mind, Moore will take the jar return back to Hope's Landing to get this mystery figured out!

Assuming he has infinite time to do this, he will continue to do Spellcraft and K:A checks (113 and 118 respectively) to see if he can figure out what magic items are all tangled up in this mess. If he needs something stronger than detect magic he can use alter reality for Arcane Sight or something.

Where in Hope's Landing do you plan to put CRIMSON?

We will return to some sort of nondescript empty room with windows that's in the main building.

As you get CRIMSON settled in, Sylvie looks up, "I figured out what it wants to eat - magic items. I suspect it wants more magical energy within it."

[Nephrite]

"Do you think if we just give it magic that might suffice?" Moore asks. "It also sounds like that complicates the matter of us retrieving what I'm looking for."

[Anastasia]

"A lot," Sylvie says, "No, it needs magic items." At this Sylvie stretches, "I can feel the inspiration for them bubbling up deep inside of me. I'm going to go try my hand at forging a few."

[Nephrite]

"Well, maybe if we help... uh... finish it it can give what we're looking for back?" Moore reasons. "If not, then we'll just figure something else out. Still, though... I wonder, is this like a living spell, just... more? Let me know if I can help at all."

[Anastasia]

"You should be able to do the same, you're divine now," Sylvie points out, "Come and try it yourself."

[Nephrite]

"This feels like cheating." Moore says, but he flies over and decides to see what he can manage!

I think an evil outsider bane dagger should fall within the parameters that he can create?

[Anastasia]

If I'm doing my mental math correctly, that's +1, so I think 2000 plus the cost of the dagger which 300? So I think 2300?

[Anastasia]

That's easy enough for Moore to make, as Sylvie returns with an armload of books. "Here," she says, "Very minor, but anything about knowledge and learning's easy for me to make now."
