"So how do we do this? Do we just think about slowing it down?" Moore asks. "Or just create walls to block it?"

[Anastasia]

"Try a wall of wind?" Sylvie begins, "A wind wall, do you know the spell? It stops projectiles. Let's try that first and see how it fires here."

Alter reality for a Wind Wall. I don't see any mention of specific wind strength unless that was added in SC. Since he's using alter reality he can bump the spell level up twice I think, since it's Clr 2 or Drd 3?

He will just put it out ahead of the current blade barrier to see what happens.

[Anastasia]

The wind seems sufficient to block the projectiles, at least on a glance.

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "Okay. I can just keep doing that as we progress. It won't help with the force from explosions or the explosions themselves, but let's go and keep an eye out."

He will just keep dropping wind walls near them as they go forward!

[Anastasia]

"Now can you  make the walls like a sphere?" Sylvie asks once you have that, "Something to shield us from all directions, and I'll work on buffering to lessen the strain on them."

[Nephrite]

"I don't see why not, let's see..."

The spell itself says you can make cylindrical ones, so I don't see any reason a sphere isn't possible!

[Anastasia]

Sure, it's within the wiggle room.

A sphere of winds is created to your will, as desired.

[Nephrite]

"All right, lets proceed." Moore says.

Take 10 on perception for 95. Assuming he can see a decent amount now that it's opened up, he will be on the lookout for the, quote, "lost house."

You fly out into it. An endless explosion as you go, Sylvie and your efforts providing a bubble of safety. You can see so much of it - and in the center, amid all the explosions, sits but a single cottage. Well made of wood and stone, enough for a family. It is unhidden, save by the endless explosions - that don't do so much as scratch it.

[Nephrite]

"I have so many questions." Moore says. "We may end up taking that with us, because I'm VERY curious what it's made of."

He will proceed towards it!

"Be aware, I'm sure we have something to fight here."

[Anastasia]

"Wishes and magic," Kaja banters back as you go onward.

"Probably so," Xandra agrees, "My sight grows dim, something powerful lies here that defies it. Beware."

"Good, I wanted the experience of fighting together," Sylvie cracks her knuckles, "I wonder what's so stupid as to try us?"

[Nephrite]

"I imagine it's whatever brought the Wheel piece here." Moore says. "If we're likely to fight something, then one moment."

Moore is going to hand out some bardic music here. It'll take him... Courage, Destined Strike, then Inspire Excellence... three rounds to do it, if they're going to be interrupted by anything.
