He clears his throat. "I think we may want to see if we can pursue another seed before we decide to do anything, as that creature is still alive for a variety of reasons. I think if we were to fight it, I'd want to ask Alicia and Seira."

[Anastasia]

The slightest nod from Cresiel, "Do we know who is going after what seed?"

As you talk, "Moore, Moore," Grias flies up, "There's an urgent message for you!"

"I imagine Alicia is pursuing the one on Ysgard," Moore begins before he turns to Grias. "All right, lets hear it. Or see it, if it's a letter."

It reads as follows.

Hi Moore, it's Emily.

Moore, I have obtained divinity from the divine seed. But sadder news has to be told first. Alyssa and Ianvasah went on a raid against Sharrans, one that went disastrously wrong. It came to such an extreme juncture that Alyssa was slain by Ianvasah, so that her soul could escape Shar's grasp. Ianvasah did not escape and was lost to Shar's oblivion.

Alyssa has become a spirit as I am. She will continue on, but Ianvasah is lost beyond recovery. My heart aches and my tears fall.

We all knew the dangers, yet these bring them to stark relief.

"No, there is always hope." He says as he holds the letter out to Cresiel to read.
