It isn't natural. You're fairly certain it's telepathy or some sort of innate skill. You couldn't teach this sort of thing normally. You're leaning towards telepathy or some sort of racial communication, but you'd need to test further with magic.

Arcane Sight would be the best option, I guess. I'd say Greater Arcane Sight, but that's one spell too high. Unless Detect Magic is more in line with what I want? Not entirely sure which would be best.

It's not a spell or spell-like ability - but it is magical. Strong magic as they work together, linked and naturally cooperating. It's not quite telepathy after all, but more of subtle, subconscious coordination.
