Alyssa blinks, Red Knight? I thank you for the compliment, but I didn't do much, to be perfectly honest. Except put him in poor situations. I think it might be more the scope of our conflict and him finding it in himself to simply.. Step up, so to speak.

Well, perhaps. I'm newly risen and can't speak for him. I desired it, once I realized it was an option, but in practicality, it's to have a better chance of winning. A short term view of things, perhaps, but mortality was staring me in the face while Shar had a knife to my back. Perhaps the weight of it had a similar impact on Jarem?
