It looks like he's found deep secrets, the secrets to inflict various diseases and ward himself against most diseases.

You say most because it's subtle, but there's gaps in it that allows certain diseases to strike him down.

If it's worth specifying, please let me know, since I assume from this I would know which ones specifically, or at least certain types.

"Ah... yes, I see it." Moore says. "Lord Ilmater himself may not even know some of these."

He turns to the Vikynanarousarn's statue. "There are a few I see that aren't accounted for here. This is the sort of thing that I think our partnership could help shore up. If you'd like, just as a good faith effort, I can outline one." He says with a nod to Jetina. "I'm certain you can see more of them than I can."

Make the same checks for Jetina real quick? Assume she'll use divine insight for a bonus on whichever check is lower.

Hm... but he's gotten entirely off track for now, hasn't he? It doesn't seem like he knows much more about The Empty Knight, so...

"Actually, If I may, we were hoping to sever Synic from the creature outside of here in hopes of saving him. Ah... if it isn't clear, I'm one of those eternally optimistic types." A small laugh follows that. "If there's anything you happen to know about that particular situation, I would hear it."

"Synic is part of this now," Is the wyrm's answer, "A phantom of a past battle."

[Nephrite]

He could debate the merits of that answer, but for now he decides to trust in magic!
