"Please ignore her, I believe the word is bird brained." Miranda explains, "We would be honored, divine one."

"Really?" Jayne suddenly perks up, "I need more things for my nest, too!"

Yep! I'm ready. Plan is to get them into the work shop and get an idea of DCs for gear upgrades.

So this is my "plan." All of this depends on what the DCs end up being; improving dex bonus is easier than adding AC, for example, so if the person has better dex than what their armor allows, that's the better option.

Calleigh: Bracers of Armor +5 - Add AC bonus and/or Ethereal Armor.

Dana: Royal Rapier of Langersun: Solarian Truesteel Rapier+8, keen. - Imp. Masterwork and/or Imp. Design. Possibly Imp. Damage Type.
Lightblood Stone Full Plate+6 - Add AC bonus, Dex Bonus, Improve Armor penalty.
Bulwark of the Great Dragon, Silver: Heavy steel shield+7 - Improve Armor penalty or add AC.
Royal Shield of Langersun: Mithral Heavy Steel Shield+5. - Improve Armor penalty or add AC.

Miranda: Shaundakul's Fancy: Longbow+7 - Imp. Masterwork and Imp. Design. Possibly Imp. Range.
Wild Color: Greatsword+8 - Imp. Masterwork and/or Imp. Design. Possibly Imp. Damage Type.

Okay, few notes.

Calleigh's bracers wouldn't be eligible, they're not normal armor to improve. They're a wondrous magic item instead.

Dana's armor has already been worked with epic crafting via Afina in B3, it notes so on her sheet.

To get the relevant DC, take the DC of crafting a masterwork item of that type and add the modifiers for what you want to do.

As an aside, we did a thing where I remade my hammer, but never confirmed the bonuses. Important because it changes math. Previous hammer for reference:

Forging Hammer
This hammer grants a +15 competence bonus to Craft (Blacksmithing) checks. In Alyssa's hand it feels right, full of potential. For her it also applies to Craft: Armorsmithing and Weaponsmithing checks, and may grow more powerful in time.

Looks good for the NPCs. Don't worry about Tryll or Calleigh. Neither one wears armor and Calleigh's weapons are mostly for show, since she's so small. She uses wands and their analogues for the most part. Never tried to give her a staff, but always assumed that they'd be too big for her. Can tiny staves be made?
