Well first, identify *which* plane it is, then look into which, or what kind of, titan it was, and then look into what resources and dangers might be there. After that, might dispatch someone to help them along.

You research and finally find it. A world called Talydar. It is known as a world where the main conflict is between law and chaos, a world where chaos is broken apart and fragmentary, but eternally resists the forces of order of all kind. Law always seems to be waxing in power yet cannot decisively finish chaos, and thus the battles continue.

Alyssa makes notes and continues, looking into the dangers of the place and possible places the refugees can settle. Preferably an area that has resources.

The problem with that is that the lands are well settled and organized - it's hard to find a place that's open and available.  It usually takes a long, dangerous journey or accepting the yoke of another nation.

Alyssa taps her chin and considers... Could there possibly be a place underground or the like? It's worth trying to pick out.

That's specific enough that you'd need to have someone investigate personally.

Is this a level range one of my followers can be expected to complete fairly reliably? I made mention of possibly sending Croneasco to help them, so if it's something he has a decent chance to complete, I may send him. If it's a significantly dangerous area, I'll send someone else.

Depends on the area, but casual research suggests yes.

Not by himself, no. He's level 5.

Hmm... I don't want to interfere too much and draw attention.  About the only ideas I have are teleporting him myself, or using impart spell or whatever.
