The dao, Rumza the Golden, appears to have it. I don't know its exact location, but one of his arcanoloths just confirmed it to Rumza himself.

I have no idea of projecting an image across planar bounds is within limited wish's ability, but for the sake of argument I'll handwave it for now and do homework after session.
