You are familiar with another newly risen deity, Queen? I have met her and spent some time with her, and she too should expand her influence. I propose the three of us meet and make our mark on the planes. We all have antipathy for law, and may well find our influence best served by overcoming one of Baator's champions, one who opposes our interests.

It is a carriage. A carriage flies in the skies, from Selune towards your academy. It is drawn by pegasi, a golden, decorated carriage out of a fairy tale.

Alyssa sighs, but puts on a smile, waiting.

Down it comes. It touches down before your academy as others watch from afar, but give you distance as desired. Once it settles down the carriage opens and Empress Sulia emerges.
