"No, I agree." Moore says. "So we have to hope that Palodes can get through to it. Before he goes, we can wrap him in as much protection as we can offer, as Hecatoncheires will likely still lash out at him."

[Anastasia]

"Likely," Cresiel agrees, "If Palodes fails, do we have a way to save him from death?"

[Nephrite]

"There are plenty of spells that can do it." Moore says. "But should that come to pass, I do not know how fast we could get there, given the opposition we are facing. I think we simply have to believe in his ability and that Mount Celestia has shown us the path to him. But we can protect him before he goes with all the magic we have."

[Anastasia]

"So we're back to the same place," Sylvie agrees, "Let's focus on the other side of it. We get him to Elysium, how do we approach it from there?"

[Nephrite]

"At some point we need to talk to it directly." Moore says. "So let's try and figure out how we can manage to do that. Hm... maybe we can set up something there? Some sort of... message?" Moore says. "Perhaps visual and auditory... apologies? Something to help it understand that it can finally move on?"

A tap on his chin. "Something like messages of hope, maybe showing it what it could do with its life if it is willing to move past its anger and hatred?" He says.

[Anastasia]

That's considered before, "Maybe," Jetina says, "But I can't help but feel we need something more to it."

[Nephrite]

"Would direct apologies from its creators work?" Moore asks. "Or... hmm. Maybe we could show it possible futures somehow?"

[Anastasia]

"I doubt it, at least the first," Kaja reckons, "Too much bad blood. A better future might at least tempt it."

"Might," Sylvie seconds.

[Nephrite]

"Maybe we can show it what it could find here?" Moore says. "Maybe... a message from people who've been saved by us? The Empty Knight, as an example? Will?"

[Anastasia]

"I like it. It at least makes it authentic," Xandra notes, "It makes it more real."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "Maybe we can ask Synic too." He says. "So, Palodes convinces it to come to Elysium, where there are a host of messages of absolution and hope waiting. Then what? Do we just let it decide on its own? I don't feel like we can do much else."

[Anastasia]

"Maybe that's the test," Sylvie speaks up, "A test of faith."

[Nephrite]

"If that's the case, there's little we can do to influence it except believe in the hope that we've brought." Moore says. "Does anyone disagree?"

[Anastasia]

"No," Kaja says after a moment, "I don't think any of us do."

[Nephrite]

"All right, so let's walk through this one more time..." Moore says.
