'Of course they wouldn't even be here.' Moore says. 'This bears further investigation, especially of this place. I doubt even he, for all his bluster, could manage to defeat what the Guardian put in place here.'

Can I take 10 on spellcrafty things for 120 to do all that caster identification stuff or do I just fail since this is probably from the same caster as before? If not, I'll put the snow in a jar or something to take with us to identify later.

'It's someone who knows who we are, and has enough pride to stand in our way. They could be an ally to Shar, or someone who would oppose us. I think it's worth enough to keep going - especially since they seem to have taken some interest in a place like this.' Is his answer.

'I know where you're going with this though Sylvie - Is this ultimately something that we 'need' to investigate... I think it is, if only because it would be rare if this was a situation that wasn't connected more deeply to things we're involved in.'

'We don't need to do it, but that doesn't mean it may be the wrong choice to continue,' Sylvie responds. "I think it may be the right choice to go on.'
