"One moment." Moore says as he plane shifts himself to a random part of the Astral and creates a magical knife there, that he then enchants with Fly so it'll stay where it is.

He then returns back to Will a moment later. "Okay. I can give you a specific place on the Astral to bring something to us." Moore says. "Ready?"

[Anastasia]

"I am ready," Will responds plainly.

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "Then let's try." He says, as he invokes his own power!

He's also going to cheat a little and boost himself (and Will, maybe) with Inspire Competence and Inspire Excellence (Charisma) on himself.

No need to counter roll, the opposition can't fail the check due to strata bonuses.

Oh, I thought we were testing if it worked at all before anything else by bringing back the knife from the Astral.

I mean technically even if we did succeed he'd still try to do that anyway, but still. Just want to be clear.

The divine rank question threw me, I assumed you were going right to it. The astral summon would work fine.

"I do not think it can override a deity's will on their homeplane, in the case of active shielding," Will points out, "At least unless you can win that conflict."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "Regardless, it does seem to work to bring things here." He says. "We at least have that ability."

[Anastasia]

"It is a start," Xandra speaks up here, "We still must address the problem head on, however, it seems."

[Nephrite]

"It does. I don't know how to approach it except that way." Moore says.

[Anastasia]

"He's covered his defenses well," Xandra continues, in thought. "We may have no choice but to excise the poison that infects his court."
