Congratulations. You got a high enough score. You wanted a spell, right? Go ahead and write one up (subject to DM approval). A few notes here.

1. Spells can counter spells, work against supernatural abilities and so on. They generally won't overcome SDAs, and I mention this since Shar is a greater deity so you can't rule this out.
2. As powerful as the light of Celestia is, remember that it isn't omnipotent (if it was, you'd already have an Answer).

Running late this morning due to RL so covering a small thing as you work.

As you read away? You look up as Sylvie calls, "I'm back," she says.

"Welcome back!" He says as he rises up. "How'd things go?" He asks.

With a slow roll of her neck before she sits, rubbing the back of it, "A festival of barely restrained avarice, a celebration of greed and the equivalent of gross foreplay for who knows how many rich mercane."

"I imagine that was rather difficult to maintain composure." Moore says. "Though I imagine that means they were also too engrossed in their own worlds to notice the information they were supplying."

"A few kept it together, but it wasn't hard," Sylvie agrees, "Most were willing to be nudged in the right direction."
