Seira receives her daughter and guests in a gazebo at the palace gardens. After Vayley had served them with refreshments, she says, "To make a short story even shorter, Tiamat's lost a few of her agents skulking about Salt and thinks Tor Salinus teamed up with Shar to gain power. I agreed to make ending him a priority, and then that moron said she also invited you guys over. Apparently, to also ask you the same thing even after I've already agreed to her offer."
