The lack of hot water will suck, but my lease on my old apartment is still valid.  Truly worst case scenario, I (or we) could go there and use their hot water instead.  Just throw your bathing supplies in a bag.

yeah.  I also have showers in my office available.  I'm just hoping it can get resolved tomorrow and we can be laughing about it that evening.  Ha, ha.  @_@

Yeah, just went through a head cold 'round the house this past week. Sucks when the entire house gets sick like that and it keeps ping-ponging. Hope you feel better.

Cold typically has to go through three mutations before you can catch it again, for what that's worth.

What is more common is 'feeling okay' but still having it and there being a supply of it to help avoid it getting totally cleared from your system.  Or so I think.

I've come to think that the first thing I got was totally unrelated to what Cy got. The symptoms were different.  What I have now is almost exactly what he was suffering from.

I'm mostly annoyed that I got sick twice in as many weeks.

There's a ton of good fics with Pro-Ranma or Pro-Harry or Pro-other protagonist.

Well. There's been character development of rather a significant nature; it's natural that they'd appear different now. Generally unfamiliar with canon though I am, I haven't noticed anything egregious.
