Unfortunately at this time I must decline your request. The promo video, based on my research, seems to be solely for promoting the manga. Not unlike the Erementar Gerad ~Flag Of Blue Sky~ promo EvalPowar subbed a way's back.

If however an anime series actually does come into existance I will be sure to fulfill your request.
