NOTE: Two things. First off, this sheet bends some rules. I'm translating this from Ana-GM work, so y'know. Secondly there are some translation issues - he's lost some HP but gained a lot more EP endurance. Works out for rebalancing. I'm just happy I ironed it out enough for posting. Most of his points go into EC anyway, as you can gather. <_<

Damn Healthy, Level 6.

Balder has been trained to take a sickening amount of abuse - much of it directed against him by Jadeite. This paid dividens

of having a sickeningly high HP score.

Combat Mastery, level 1.

Balder has also been trained to know how to fight. Shock.

Apperance, level 3.

Much like many of those related to the Moon, Balder's attractive. There's no denying he's gifted in those areas.

Fast Reflexes, level 2.

+1 initiative.

Elemental Control, Sun level 6.

Much of Balder's power manifests as pure energy of the sun. He has many applications of it as to follow.

- Sun Bolt. Deals EC levelx5+ACV damage. (This admittedly breaks some of the PC EC and ACV rulings; I'm grandfathering this move since it came before all of the EC rulings. I really don't wanna add more traits to make his move function as was designed on a GM planning level.) Functions as a normal attack.

- Sun Blast. Radius attack, gathers and releases a massive charge of burning sun energy. Deals damage as above. Vicious attack. Can melt entire city blocks on a good hit. DCV+1.

- Bright Cloak. Requires no Soul check, this counts as a minor EC power. This cloaks Balder's body in sunlight, making him obscure and his face almost entirely hidden. This is often coupled with a minor blinding effect.

- Blinding Burst. Requires a Soul check. A bright nova of light temporary blinds a target if they fail a Body or DCV check(For those without a body score.)

- Invisibility. Bending light allows Balder to become invisible. He can be detected by most magical means, however, as this only fools the naked eye. Requires a soul check.

- Energy absorption, sunlight. Recovers EP when the sun is out, basically. As a general rule this counts as fully immersed for EP recovery. In normal sunshine he needs to make no check to recover his energy due to the raw abundance of it and his high level of EC.

Flight level 1.

Pretty much as Makoto's, really.

Teleportation, Jadeite Method.
