Here's a place to share them with the others.
Well, Goodbye.

Liao Xhiu Feng

Liao was born in the largely aesthetic city of: Desert Town.  (There
were no other towns, and as far as they were concerned, it was the
only desert, so it seemed a good name as any.)

The town itself was tiny, usually with a population of less than two
hundred, and the general populous were aesthetics; martial artists,
calligraphers, sculptors.  The town had an ideal, and that ideal was
focus on what you do, and hone that ability into all it can be.

And yet, the aesthetic training also taught awareness of the outside
world, and the necessity of all things to exist as they do in harmony.
Liao's family has told, from generations past, of a great darkness to
come.  This darkness will disrupt the world, and no part of it, even
Desert Town, would survive unscathed.

Obviously, Liao's ancestors believed that this could not be allowed
to pass, and therefore, as the best and brightest of Desert Town, they
became the leaders of the settlement.  From there, they encouraged all
within the town to continue to do their best, and then did something
unheard of among the aesthetic.

They changed their purposes.  They had been born leaders, but chose
to change themselves for the betterment of their tribe, rather than
direct others to address the problem.  Unfortunately, as highly
focused as the Feng family was, then ended up introducing a terrible
flaw into their lineage.

Each was born with some personality trait that prevented them from
being their best, and blinded them from being aware of their own
imperfection.

Liao's father is so content in his relative power and the positive
nature of the universe, he has achieved transcendence.  His mother has
reached the pinnacle of achievement in maintaining a house.  His
brother exudes such confidence that all around instantly take note.

But Liao, unlike his lazy father, obsessively-cleaning mother, and
arrogant brother, is timid.

He is a good martial artist.  He does have meditations with deep insights.

And yet despite the fact that his lifestyle practically demands it,
he has almost no real confidence.

As far as character development for Liao goes, he is actually very
skilled.  He already knows how to do everything he should be able to
eventually do.  He just ... doesn't have the power or confidence to
back it up.  As he's forced to stand up for himself (and his friends),
he should, and will grow more powerful and able to accomplish things.

As far as how I'm planning on playing Liao, I'm not going to do the
bad RP thing of not interacting with other characters.  While timid,
Liao does know he was raised for a person, and will do what he needs
to do.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Physically, Liao is about average height.  He has black hair, which is kept in a long braid.  He's only 11, so not yet old enough to start shaving the front of his head like a man does.  His eyes are brown, and his expression is almost always blank, as though he were distracted.

Liao wears (when he can help it) the robes of the aesthetics, but underneath that, he usually has a kung-fu suit on, for the extra mobility that the robe doesn't allow.

Zenthor

Name: Jade
Location: Cinqville – Poor, small town. Heavy Church influence.
Age: 13 (8th grade)

Family: No siblings. Mother deceased. Father is a coach/gravedigger.

Money: Pocket change, couch change, borrowed money, beat up hippies. >.>

Physical Description: Normally wearing shorts and a belt if it's spring/summer, jeans and a belt if it's winter/fall. Plain white shirt, shoulder length blonde hair tied back to not get in the way with her activities. She's not very tall and is on the whole about as muscular as your average boy.

Personality: Very tomboyish. She's more likely to be found playing around outside, getting into fights, playing sports, skateboarding, etc. than to be seen gossiping, having sleepovers, or whatever girls her age normally do. She wouldn't know. She's typically very patient and focused on whatever task she's doing, not likely to notice subtle oddities if she's preoccupied with another task. Due to her tomboyish nature, she's rather rough with people, though not to the extent that it really scares anyone off.

Knowledge of her PSI: Jade has no clue about her PSI powers. She's noticed a few odd things happen that seem to be of a similar fantastic nature around her (Wounds healing quicker than normal when conducting first aid), but she's never been able to consciously control it, or at least that she knows of.

In a fight, she's willing to beat down her opponent whenever possible with whatever's near her, although she will stop and protect herself and her friends if necessary. When she's on the offence, generally the harder she can hit, the better. May change when Offensive PSI awakens, though.

Main Weapon: Belts (used as a Whip)
iato: *hugs Super* Lala.
redffea: Its that exciting Super?
Supaaielman: *Explodes*
