Disney buys LucasArts, will make Star Wars 7 for 2015

I try to avoid knee-jerk reactions, I don't really have a reason for minding it, but you know what? Ruined FOREVER.

Yes, after thinking about it, I'm not especially bothered about Disney making a new Star Wars. For that matter, I didn't think the prequels were bad either. _Heresy!

I think the reaction came from me starting with "What?" at the announcement mixed with my immediate image of some '90s-era Star Wars novel I've read as a movie, and how that probably wouldn't work.  I haven't followed newer Star Wars media in a rather long time.

But that's the fun of knee-jerk reactions. Ruined, I say. RUINED.

It kind of depresses my hopes of another good lightsaber-centric game with dismemberment, though. Does Disney do that?
