Liao deliberates for a moment, but can't convince himself to abandon his friends to try and sneak in and make sure that the job is done.  If stealth failed, they'll just need to come back with more firepower.

"Close your eyes!" he shouts, charging over to aid his friends, another Flash at the ready.  We'll get out of this alive if it kills me, Liao thinks to himself.
