Let's get this off the bat. This is a perverted story. By Twoflower. If you've read any of his other works, the man is a comic genius. In conclusion, this is a funny lemon. Really, it's more of a teen sex comedy than anything else.

You may ask what the subject matter may be about, and I'd answer Ah! My Goddess!

Has your brain hiccuped yet? Yes, this is indeed a teen sex comedy, set in the world of Ah! My Goddess! It's a beautifully done lime piece, at that. Everything just feels right as Twoflower proves his mastery of the electronic pen as he weaves a tale about gods, mortals, wimps, and perverts.

From the get go, this story captures the feel of the old 80s sex comedies to a T as our wimpy hero Keiichi is kept from going to a swinging club by his sempai since he's the embodiment of the hopeless romantic. Emphasis on the hopeless. Fortunately for our hapless dweeb, he's about to have a run in with destiny. A very perverted female is going to land on his lap...

Oh, and the pervert just happens to be Belldandy. She's quite a doll too, with a collection of sex toys and enough shag carpetting to impregnate you if you stare too hard. Yes, even if you're a male. Have I made your brain shut down yet? ;p

Anyway, the story never gets too overbearing with the lemon, with a fun original plot that pulled off excellently by Twoflower. There's a clear beginning, middle, and end to this tale, and Keiichi and crew are handled well and developed fairly decently. If in humorous and ecchi ways.

About my only complaint is that it's four chapters long, and that the author never got to making a second season as he promised, but the story is still worth a read on a boring night. Highly recommended.

I remember this fic.

When it was posted to the FFML, people still hadn't gotten tired of debating whether using random Japanese words made your fic sound authentic, so the footnotes not only serve to be amusing for fic purposes, but also as writing style commentary.  This is also the fic that inspired me to tell people who made nonsensical claims that watching anime is good tool for learning Japanese. "Yes, I agree.  I've already know 'Baka', which means 'I want to sleep with you at some point in this series.'"  The reactions to that were sometimes amusing.

Note: Twoflower both still writes I believe AND responds to email.  Or did when I last emailed him saying "Yo, U' Storywriting: Awesome".  those who want a second season may be well served by reminding him of interest in it.
