This is an cool video-type thing I saw linked off of a webcomic. Sorry if it's already been passed around, but I thought you might be interested.

Enjoy!
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Saw this linked from Jeff "Oneshot" Wong's homepage, and I think Something Awful had it as an Awful Link of the Day.

I recommend watching the fight scenes, which were sorta amusing, and skipping the ending, which was not. It's been a really long time since I played FFVI, so I can't say if the entire is a straight rip, but it sure looks like it to me. But even if it wasn't, it's far too long.

The battle music was decent. I haven't heard those remixes before.

Far, far too long and dull to be entertaining.
iato: *hugs Super* Lala.
redffea: Its that exciting Super?

I found a reason to grin, laugh, or nod at least once every minute. And given that it is half an hour or so long...

As for it being a direct rip. Well, yes, that is somewhat the point. THe comedy lies in A) knowing the source material for the parody and B) realizing how the systems relate to the characters they replace and the slightly adjusted dailogue.
