Taylor, stranded in pandora for a while, coming back with digistruct tinkering.  Played straight, but also for the laughs.  She's entirely non-functional as a human being from effectively years of living in pandora culture where everyone shoots everyone.  Daniel is the anti-hero of the story.  He knows his little girl is definitely not going to be a good guy.  He knows she is likely to murder a lot of people from the moment she walks into his home covered in blood and waving a gun about.

But it's his little girl.  He gotta do something.

Maybe try some house rules.  And if the Protectorate isn't an option (seriously, how long until they'd throw her in jail?) well, maybe..somewhat...there has to be some gang she can join that isn't horrible?

It's got a pretty good comedic style to it and doesn't really veer into crack from my view.  It sets its baseline of psycho taylor and runs with it, without descending into much violence at all, just an almost complete inability to readapt to normal society.  Unsure where it will go aside from maybe 20-30 chapters of amusing antics before petering out, but it's a good ride so far.

A female Harry Potter retelling of the boo-oh hold on, hold up. I know, I know. Bear with me. It's fun and has that knack of being well written, even if it indulges in such things as Harry (Victoria as the case may be) going to Syltherin, making friends with all the Sytherin charac-Okay, look. I know. It sounds like a hundred other fics, it's merely well written and the author has a knack at writing in a way that keeps you reading.

I'd suggest reading it for a few chapters, see if it's to your tastes.

"How to convince Hestia and Loki to get along"
Using curses to fight sexual harassment.

Been reading But Doctor, I Am Pagliacci which has been pretty fun so far. Starts off with Jack Napier in Arkham, responding very well to therapy and regretting all his misdeeds as the Joker. Which would be great except for the fact that none of the doctors or other inmates have ever heard of Bruce Wayne or Batman.

It is very much not an introspective psychological story where you're meant to wonder if Batman was all in his head or he was Batman himself. I say that because it's what the synopsis might lead you to expect but the story doesn't go there at all. To say more would be spoilers, but it's an exciting action story at its core.

I'm not the biggest fan of Nabiki being gifted with talent in martial arts, but at least it's addressed with reasonable reactions in chapter. At least Nabiki's not interested in continuing further, but I suspect circumstances won't let her get away.

I think the links are pretty helpful when it ends up pulling on obscure DC characters so you can very quickly get yourself up to speed on what their deal is. It's one of those things where it takes advantage of the medium that I appreciate.

edit: Oh I'll toss in a rec. We Appreciate Power. Emma gets Peggy Sued from the start of Golden Morning to the day Taylor triggers and takes it on herself to prevent Skitter from ever becoming a thing while also becoming a universally beloved heroine who'll save the world from Scion. It's fun because she's still an awful bitch even when everything is from her perspective, and her constant fuckups engender a nice feeling of schadenfreude.

Emma gets Peggy Sued from the start of Golden Morning to the day Taylor triggers and takes it on herself to prevent Skitter from ever becoming a thing while also becoming a universally beloved heroine who'll save the world from Scion. It's fun because she's still an awful bitch even when everything is from her perspective, and her constant fuckups engender a nice feeling of schadenfreude.

I'll give that a weak rec. It's not bad - past the intial appeal of the premise it doesn't quite do it for me, but it's enjoyable enough. I read it every batch of chapters or so. Worth a try to see if you like it, certainly.
