Grahf

Bringer of Death has updated once again.

Spoiler: ShowHide
I'm torn between liking where Vegeta's character development is going, and being utterly sick of Cell at this point. I do realize that this is Cell's last hurrah more than likely, but so much of the story has revolved around him at this point that the fact he's still making trouble in the Afterlife just seems like dragging it out to the point of absurdity.

Re: BoD

[spoiler]100000000% agreement, Grahf. The Vegeta stuff isn't bad here but enough with Cell already. Even if he got curb-stomped, enough is enough.

On the better side, I liked the stairs part.

<Afina> Forever.

<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Not reading, but it's very DBZish for folks to continue being a pain in the afterlife waaay past their expiration date.  See Goku for the most absurd examples
Well, Goodbye.

Anastasia

[spoiler]True enough, though the author's really just ran Cell into the ground. The original series had problems with this and I daresay this story's outdoing canon in that regard.

Yeah I haven't even read the fic in question I'm just amused by conversations going on entirely in spoiler tags~
All About Monks
<Marisa> They're OP as fuck
<Marisa> They definitely don't blow in 3.5
<Marisa> after a certain level they basically just attack repeatedly until it dies
<Marisa> they're immune to a bunch of high level effects
<Marisa> just by being monks

Spoiling is in bad for, like telling people you haven't read the fic without spoiler tags. >_>

I have no idea if this has already come up here recently, but.

Harry Potter and the Garden of Intrigue. Notionally a single-point-of-departure, but ends up having some jimmying around with situation and characterization beyond that; it's all notionally justifiable from the nail, just kind of unlikely. Either way, highly entertaining. Gotten up through somewhere in third year by now, and changes have snowballed to an amusing degree.

Evidently, https://www.fanfiction.net/s/7798790/15/Promises-of-a-Wandering-Hero updated late last month.  Since I know some people were reading it, thought I'd post it.

Why Me? updated. Total filler chapter, enjoyable but complete fluff.

Doing a reread of Big Human on Campus.  Still an awesome story.
Well, Goodbye.

So quiet.  Got this linked earlier.  Kind of an amusing style, even if it isn't super thrilling.
Well, Goodbye.

I don't remember where I saw https://www.fanfiction.net/s/8324961/1/Magical-Me, hopefully not on this thread, but it is vaguely amusing politics perpetrated by Lockhart with a morality transplant.

Been reading Harry Potter and the Not-Fatal-At-All Cultural Exchange Program. I've only found it on Spacebattles but there's a handy contents on the first post so you don't have to subject yourself to page after page of inane arguments about power levels to get to the good stuff.

It's a fusion of Nasuverse and Harry Potter basically, with some decent worldbuilding and some excellent combat as the Grail War comes to England during Voldemort's return. Only a couple of Fate characters show up and the setting in general leans more heavily on the Harry Potter side of things, so don't expect worms and cooking porn.

I'm not familiar with Harry Potter, but how do you fuse the Nasuverse to that? A lot of the Nasuverse's underlying mechanics don't fit with other worlds at all. Not without a hell of a lot of fudging on both sides.
