(The subject at hand was whether or not we would be using APSA citations, and if Hamline enforced APSA citations in polisci courses. We are allowed to use any normal academic citation style.)

"I make fun of myself lots, but be nice to me, or I listening to Black Sabbath and consult Jack Daniels while doing your grades, and you know that not end well. Be nice and let me listen to Mozart and drink wine."

Also, in email: "Very sorry, not finish revised syllabus tonight. Computer or network down. Will try to have out tomorrow, but no visiting Mr. JD for me tonight. LOL"

I had an amazingly relaxing weekend of awesome.

Also, I apparently am gaining political experience on management regularly these days.  It sucks, but there's something to be said for really getting effective at getting hundreds of people to do what you say without having the authority to tell them 'This is how things will be'.
