While those proportions really are kind of bad, to call them Rob Liefeld-ian is a gross overstatement! Rob Liefeld is a -master- of bad proportions. This is pure amateur stuff!

Ah, guess it was cached on my end and they block direct linking.  I'm trying to figure out a solution for you where you don't have to work so hard for your images to get displayed properly. :/

I rehosted it on SR and edited the above; spoiler should work (now).

Edit: This may mean you point to an image and I travel in your wake, making it easier to view for the lazy among us. :p

Well, just to be clear on all counts of this discussion, I wasn't having trouble getting the image to show, but I guess it was so large that it was resizing down a bunch anyway, for whatever reason. Only the direct link gave me the full-sized result.

Are you saying your ISP is blocking direct linking? Whatever for?

No, the hosting site blocks pulling the image onto another site for display (this one) to prevent people from using their bandwidth without actually visiting their site (as bandwidth costs money).

Incidentally, the embeded version displays at identical size for me to the direct linked one, at a glance.

Yeah, yours did and I can see that you're hosting the image at a different site than me, but for some reason, the postimage.org embedding did not even though I specified that they should not resize the image.

Silent/hidden maximums on image size, probably.  Since we're getting off topic (yet again), enjoy some Mami-sempai:



Lighting effects are a bit heavy, but I like the contrast between the heavy lines on her vs. the detail on the weapons.

Nice picture but it feels slightly off. It's like the artist is experimenting with light, angles and perception.
