The 'arrow' is an airplane. Once it's airborne it can aim itself.

He does have a Casey Jones and a Raphael. I think the Casey Jones pic looks awful though.

Those pictures are both awesome and have a lot of strange/poor details.  Like that for that angle on a fingernail, Bebop's finger must be broken and rocksteady is also kinda missing a finger on his left hand (perspective isn't right for it being totally gone, and his other hand has five fingers).

Cool shares though.
