I need as many people to answer this poll as possible. Unlike other polls where we make no promises to adhere to it this one shall be different.

Oh and please note that this will only apply to series that currently not complete. Oh and the R1 reporting ban is still in effect regardless.

To clarify this would change the policy as shown in Rule 9 from a "This is what we feel is best." policy to a "So long as we can provide a location, IRC and/or BT, to acquire their works from, they are not banned, and the other rules are followed we shall track them regardless" policy.

Please vote people.

Remember if you do not like the outcome and you didn't vote don't even think about complaining to me. This Poll will be open for five days total so people should have plenty of time to vote.

If you have any questions in this poll before you vote please post them here.

Sincerely,
Shuten

Edit: One final note people. If no one votes we will continue business as usual. Please keep that in mind. No Votes = No Change.

Has there been a problem where rule 9 was used yet?

Rule 9 is pretty much always in use. It may not seem like it but it is. You've seen the threads where we specify that we will be following a specific group or groups only right? Well that is pretty much rule 9 in effect.

I should also note while I am at it that a tie will also result in no change of the status quo.

The results are in and they shall be abided by. No changes to rule 9 will be made. We do reserve the right to revise and update the rules as is seen fit though.

Sincerely,
Shuten
