Hijikata Toshizou Shiro no Kiseki OVA

After a 3 week marathon of defeating Baldur's Gate II and Throne of Bhaal, it's time for an anime review.

One half hour episode.

Basically this follows tje time period of one of the most famous members of the Shinsengumi. No, not Saito from Kenshen, it's Toshizuo Hijikata, all the way to his death in action at the end of the war of the Meji Restoration. That's it. If you like Japanese history, you might like the look into his life, but otherwise it's fairly bland. Artwork is so-so. Music okay.

I give it a 4 out of 10. Dry and bland, and not worth watching more than once. But it won't make you dumber for havng seen it.
