Leadership!

I am lame and can't remember if I made a ruling on this feat earlier, so I'm going to field an open question to everyone.

Do people want me to allow the Leadership feat, as-written, into the game? I guarantee I will not be lame and you will get your cohorts and followers if you take it, though they will obviously not magically appear.

I ask because it's quite possible and fair that people want the action to remain on the PCs, without me needing to give particular NPCs extra focus. On the other hand, it can be neat to have minions, and while your followers can be handy, they're certainly not taking anywhere near center stage.

I'm now fine to GM either way, so if you are against it, for it, or just don't care, now's the time to say.
