A Heartless End of World COR: The Coming Of Chaos

Deep in outer space...it pulsed...coming, a swarm of darkness blotting out the stars above...  It fell towards the sun, the hated light.  The blackness came ...swarming over the planets... each of them inturn being covered, blotted out from reflecting the light of the sun...

Those who were aware to the movings of the cosmos felt it...but by then...it was already too late.

It finally came to Earth...  searing meteors of dark energy slamming into the world...  vast landmasses vanishing in an instant....

In a horrific instant...the world was swarmed by darkness...

Bean slashed again, his katana sheathed as he relied on the pure plasma to attempt to keep these...things away from him.  They were surrounded on all sides, the darkness closing in as the earth quaked beneath him.  Spy and Andonuts had died in the initial explosion as a fireball impacted against the car they'd been driving.  These...shadow creatures though weren't even slowing down.  His blade blurred as he tried to buy himself space.  Though, what good was this...with the darkness ...what...

Bean found his feet trapped...pulling him into the ground as the darkness flowed over his feet...pulling him into it.  Struggling against the pulling darkness he roared as he was sucked into the void...vanishing from Earth.

Tears silently ran down Laika's face as she looked around her, her troops slaughtered now almost to a man.  They had tried to make their stand at the city of Ojm'akon, joining the small city militia against...what could only be descriped as thousands of dark shadow creatures.  Guns had no effect.  Nothing had any effect.  It was as if they were unstoppable killing machines.  They ripped through her troops like it was nothing.  The city walls fell as a huge one smashed them with it's fist.

Even now, they couldn't be stopped...  she stared at the dark figures before her...mimicking her shape... dark blades in their hands.  Fear gripped her heart as she looked into the empty copies of herself...feeling them pulling at her soul.

The ground darkened beneath her...pulling her in as their blades swung towards her... and then...there was only darkness....

Yuthirin howled in rage as he was drawn into the darkness...his city lost around him.  His people slaughtered against this fell force which resisted his magicks.  Turning he looked around him...  darkness surrounding him.  He floated as he surrounded himself with his dark magicks...  He would rather die then submit to such fiends.

Blasts of energy crossed as he charged into the shadow creature before him...vanishing into the night...

Olguin herded the girls away from the shadows, Sasami and Yosho fighting desperately across from them...  Dammit...  Nothing stopped these things...even blasting them with a ki-blast.  This...was Futile...  The earth quaked again beneath them...  No...he wouldn't....

Then...the Rabite leaped out... in front of him.  A beam of dark energy blasting forth from it's mouth at the creatures of shadow, pushing them back momentarily....before they charged at the bunny, their claws slashing into it unimpeded.  The bunny roared as it was brought down by the sheer number of demons around it.

Olguin stared in helpless rage...now he was the only one between the girls and these demons.  Sasami and Yosho...where were they...had they already fallen to this...

Leets clenched his hand in helplessness...already seeing the horrid outcome in his mind...  scared as he watched the Rabite

"OLCHAN!" Miyuki screamed behind him... getting pulled into the darkness....Yui gasped as she grabbed her friend, trying to hold onto her as she was pulled in...only to find herself being dragged in as well...

Olguin turned grabbing at Yui's ankle...only to be pulled into the darkness as it expanded under them...vanishing before the terrified Leets eyes...

Surrounded by shadows, Leets sniffled...it was...all over now...he'd die...here alone...  the darkness at his feet began flowing over him...pulling him into it's cold embrace....  moments later....nothing but the darkness remained...

The sun shone...into the darkness that surrounded it...slowly encroaching on the last spark of light in the solar system...  the empty voids of the devoured worlds behind it...

The light...went out.
