Saviours, the game!

Devon moved quickly.  Examining the wall, he noted that it appeared to enter into the mountainside.  A closer inspection showed the depression where the wall entered the mountain.

He noted, as with the rest of the valley, the mountainsides were exceptionally steep.  They could be climbed, slowly and using equipment, but that would be the only way to scale them, save flying.

Moving back to his original position, Devon headed east, looking for the hole that Arkanel had mentioned.

After a bit of searching, Devon found an open grate on the ground.  Looking in, he could see a small layer of running water.

Dropping into the pipe, Devon crouched down and looked both ways.

[Figment]

He noted that it curved slightly a short distance to the west.  To the east it traveled straight.

Remaining crouched, Devon made his way westward through the small pipe.

[Figment]

Moving westward past the bend, he traveled for a while, until he reached a Y in the piple.  Both branches were of equal size, although one was sealed.

Noting the location, Devon moved down the open branch.

The branched curved slightly until it was heading southwest.  Just after it straightened he came to another 'y' intersection.  The branch to the left, which appearead to travel souteast, was sealed as well.  The other path continued westward.

Making note of the location again, Devon estimated how far he had traveled.

Devon couldn't be sure, but he guessed he was a round the wall.

Devon continued westward through the pipe.

[Figment]

A short distance down the pipe, he notted an indentation in the sides that looked like a groove for a valve.

Notting it's place, he continued until he came to what appeared to be a manhole in the top of the pipe.  It had a wheel attached to it.

Devon continued down the pipe.

[Figment]

After traveling a short distance, he came to a cross in the pipes.  All three had groves that announced they could be closed off, and there was another cover  with wheel above the intersection.
