Saviours, the game!

Keeping out of the Giant's reach, Devon begins firing at the monster's face, aiming for the eyes.

The monstor sits up, surprising the trio with it's dexterity.  Bending one leg to offer mock stability.  It seemingly ignores the shots lancing into it's face, offering no acknowledgment as one eye is punctured and other divots appear on its face.

[Dracos]

O'karn rushes the other leg, Slashing hard as he runs past!

As O'karn rushes towards the moster, it grasps out at him, spinning swiftly on its good leg.  Luckily for O'karn, he slips it grasps, but not before taking a blow to side that sends the ogre falling away from the giant.

The others notice that both the creatures arms are again in tact, and the regrowing of its severed leg is obvious, if not complete.

[Figment]

Glancing around, Devon looks for the closest less-than-monster-sized exit.

[kpjam]

Devon notes the cavern where the monster came from, the hedges that cover wider pastures, and the small glowing marking on the ground, where they emerged from.  The last being the only 'exit' that might be less than monster sized.

[Figment]

"Back through the portal," Devon calls as he moves towards the small glowing marking on the ground.

[Dracos]

O'karn glances about, grunting in distaste and following in retreat, grabbing the human and dashes through the portal.

Dracos

The monster, growling in annoyance, starts hobbling after the retreating figures.

As Devon hits the portal, shortly followed by O'karn, carting a complacent necromancer, they hear a high shrilled laugh.

[kpjam]

A momentary feeling of unease later, the three adventurers find themselves in the room they had vacated.

[Carthrat]

Daggedal is spurred back into action and tries to identify the exact kind of magic being used, as well as any possible countermeasures he might be able to excise.

[Figment]

Seeing his companions follow him through the portal, Devon moves over next to the open door and watches the portal.

[kpjam]

Devon stations himself at the door, watching as the Ogre takes a defensive stance after dropping Daggedal to the ground.

Daggedal concentrates on the image on the floor.  He notes that small traces of magic on the symbol are foreign to his senses.
