www.animewallpapers.com : Although it hasn't updated in a while, this site still provides quick, easy access to many extremely well done wallpapers that run not only the course of anime itself, but even branch out into videogames (for those of you that care, that is. :p).

Julie Dillon's quick and simple anime tutorials. Not necessarily the best, but always good in a pinch for reference, easy to navigate through, and for beginner artists, an excellent crash course on learning. Considering they're free tutorial pages, well, why the hell not take advantage?

Going to the main page, of course, leads those of you with money, to a place where you can buy books on drawing as well as supplies.
