So, I went to get a waiver for basic electric lab usage.

And I met one of those King of this one Room types.  Who promptly denied the waiver, mocked any 'didn't end up taking it' excuses and proceeded to give a really obnoxious lecture for about fifteen minutes.

That was fun for values of painful and depressing.  Whee.
