My guess would be that they're all things that you can put into your mouth?  (Dunand's is obvious, Copenhagen is also a name of a brand of chewing tobacco (Bleh), the Hahnenkamm is run near Salzburg (Salzburg-Chocolate Mocha Salzburg from... some damn cracker company, and the Indian tribe is ... uh... Well, I guess "Chickapoo" can be changed into Chicken.)
