"Of course," she agrees, as the other priestess and her vassals exit, leaving you with her, Breke, and Parthipan in Lord Kevin's office.

Ginrai

"Anything you need to tell me, Bjorn?"

Bjorn

Bjorn shrugs.  "Don't die?"  Somewhat more seriously, he adds, "Watch the other Lorekeepers carefully, Master Parthipan.  I don't think Lord Kevin entirely understood me when I said they should be watched.  There may well be traitors among them, and with their magic, that makes them very dangerous.  Watch them, and watch your back."

Ginrai

"Sure thing.  Also, I was wondering if you guys can be around my body while I'm performing the 'seeing the wind' spell.  I doubt it'd be a smart thing to do that while alone."

Bjorn

Bjorn hesitates for a second, and then grunts.  "Certainly.  Sir Breke, do you wish to come along, or would you prefer to return to your chambers?"

Brian

"I've got nothing better to do," Breke says, shrugging his shoulders a bit.

Bjorn

Bjorn nods, and then looks at Parthipan expectantly.

Ginrai

"Okay, first thing I need to do is find a place that has access to outside."

Bjorn

"Either the ramparts or one of the towers, then?"

Ginrai

"Preferably one of the towers."

Bjorn

Bjorn shrugs, again.  "All right.  If you'd all follow me?"

Taking up Breke's chains, Bjorn leads the way to the closest tower he thinks he can get access to.

Brian

After Radagast's tower, the next highest one is the central tower.  It's got lots of rooms in the sides that are sealed, but the roof opens up into a flat area that gives you a really good view down onto the courtyard, and beyond that, to the plains where you can see the dreadmarch milling around in the starlight, out of bowshot.

Cookfires lie scattered about, like a secondary field of stars, just below the horizon.  In the far, far distance, you can catch glimpses of the white snowy wastes beyond the Dreadmarch.  The wind here is very cold.

Quote<Ginrai> roll 3d6 because Suu likes me and won't screw me over now especially since I sent her a crate full of bananas
<Chibi-Suu> Them bones was tossed for Ginrai ... : 3d6 because Suu likes me and won't screw me over now especially since I sent her a crate full of bananas --> [ 3d6=15 ]{15}
<Brian> It's going to take a while to set the spell up.  You're going to be completely unaware of your surroundings for about an hour.

After completing his astrology check, Ginrai begins the next step for the spell and meditates.

Brian

Breke shifts around.  "He still alive?" he asks quietly.

Bjorn

Bjorn studies him closely.  "I think so," he says, somewhat dubiously.  "I haven't really much idea what magic involves."
