..frankley, how good a job am I doing?

With several disastrous attempts behind me, I like to think I'm improving, though chances are the opposite is true. But I do not know.. and so I put the question to you.

Is my DMing passable, and whatever the answer, what can be done to improve it? I'm not sure either way, and I know there havn't been many situations for me to actually DM, but I'd like to know what you think so far.
