Ko note: I've been fiddling with the boss template and stat spreads. Red Bone used all the stat points a boss gets, explaining its super-high force score.  I did dock it some hit points since I'm still trying to figure out how I want bosses to work. It's RAW hit points were 200 and I'm glad I changed that. I suspect bosses don't balance that well at level 1 and should be purposely gimped.

I suspect that this boss will look inelegant on later review. Even now I can see I should have done less res and a few other things.
