Title: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on January 21, 2009, 01:36:22 PM
Alright, I'll want to start getting the prologues underway reletively soon, and from there we have the group sessions kicking in.

So, the big question is, what days/times are best for everyone?

Myself, weekends are basically out, but I can swing pretty much any time on any weekday.

How about you three?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on January 22, 2009, 12:32:35 PM
My general good times are early early morning for about two hours (even earlier for Gate so this is doubtful), Fridays, and Monday/Thursday evenings. I know Cid lives sometimes during my evenings, as does OK, so that seems most logical.

Wednesday evenings will be an occasional option but I have Cool Stuff going on those evenings pretty often, so.

Post by: oblivionknight on January 23, 2009, 12:55:55 PM
Mmm...probably best day would be weekends for me, but I know those are out.

My schedule is a bit variable, but typically, Tuesdays are bad, and Thursdays/Fridays are questionable too.  Mondays and Wednesdays are typically best, though it may have to occur after 2200 or so some nights.  Best to contact me a week in advance, and I can give you my schedule.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on January 26, 2009, 05:58:57 PM
I only intend to run every other week, so there should be plenty of time to work out timing between games.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on January 29, 2009, 12:58:46 AM
OK: What day/time next week would be good to do your prologue?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on January 31, 2009, 04:43:21 PM
If weekends don't work...how about Wednesday?  I should be home around 1800 EST
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on January 31, 2009, 07:10:51 PM
Well, I surprisingly seem to have absolutely nothing to do tomorrow, so we'll try and get OK's prologue out of the way sometime after 3PM EST then.

Before the game, I'll be sure to update the Nouns topic with any important folks you know.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on January 31, 2009, 10:14:15 PM
I'm around most times! Unemployment'll do that for you. Friday evenings are out, though, because I need to get to sleep early that day in order to be up in time for DF on Saturday.

Wednesday nights also suck, because it is the only day of the week where I actually watch TV (Lost, though I suppose I can just watch it online the next day).
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on February 02, 2009, 12:41:36 AM
Alright, OK, you kinda went poof man. When do we want to do the other half of the prologue?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on February 02, 2009, 08:49:21 PM
Sorry, network went kaboom when the Steelers won the Superbowl >_>  Died down all night on this end.

You free tonight?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on February 02, 2009, 09:24:09 PM
Am not tonight, feeling crappy in general and have CLEANING to do anyway. Tomorrow is good though.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on February 03, 2009, 09:08:18 PM
Alright, all prologues DONE.

I figure next week would be good for the first session. When do we want to schedual it? Wednesday? And we can schedual by EST sinc all three of you loons use it.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on February 03, 2009, 11:15:49 PM
Well, Wednesday is not my favorite day, as noted. But it's cool as long as stuff is done before 9PM EST.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on February 04, 2009, 12:26:20 AM
Wednesday... isn't preferable here either. Thursday work, by any chance?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on February 04, 2009, 06:28:16 PM
Next week is shitty.  Monday, Thursday, Friday are dead and out.  Tuesday would be best.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on February 05, 2009, 04:45:39 AM
Tuesday is fine for me as well. Tai, Cid?

Also, what time on Tuesday is good, OK?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on February 05, 2009, 01:15:19 PM
Sure.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on February 05, 2009, 02:34:41 PM
A bit later, lemme check my clinic schedule...I should be available after that (so...~2100 EST).  Possibly before that - the new clinic schedule hasn't come out yet!
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on February 05, 2009, 07:14:18 PM
Lovely. Well, let us know when it does.

If that's the case though...9 eastern is latish. You guys up for that? It's only 6 my time, so I'm fine, of course.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on February 06, 2009, 02:23:04 PM
Late isn't a problem on my end.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on February 09, 2009, 06:47:27 PM
Alright, Tai says 9:15 is good for him.

So right now, assume session tomorrow evening at 9:00 EST(I'll just have you two start before Tai a bit).
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on February 11, 2009, 02:12:37 PM
Alright, how's the 23rd(Monday) for the next game sound for everyone?

If we can't manage that, I CAN play on the 22nd(Sunday), but I'd really rather not.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on February 12, 2009, 02:47:06 PM
Should work, I think. I'm back at 5:20 or so on Mondays, so.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on February 17, 2009, 10:26:05 PM
Should work...be back around 1800 or so EST
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on February 17, 2009, 10:50:23 PM
Alright, then next session planned for 6:30pm(EST) Monday the 23rd.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on February 21, 2009, 03:40:49 PM
Works.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on February 23, 2009, 11:46:37 PM
Okies, I can do this again next week (2-6th) or week after (9-16th) pretty easily. You all want to do two weeks in a row or skip one? And what days/times are good?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on February 23, 2009, 11:58:18 PM
2-6th I'm free all week.
Week after is normal school schedule, i.e. Monday/Thurs/Fri are best, Tues/Wednesday are preferred to avoid, if it must happen then I need it to be around 9:20 or so.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on February 24, 2009, 12:31:49 AM
As we know, I am free whenever for the forseeable future.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on February 26, 2009, 12:42:32 PM
Those weeks are generally ok if I'm doing it later.  The days are shot, until after about 2000 or so, though.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on February 28, 2009, 03:00:50 PM
Then let's call one for Thursday the 5th, 8:30 EST.

That sound good?
Title: Re: Session Times

Righty-o.
Title: Re: Session Times

Sure.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on March 02, 2009, 08:06:14 PM
Uh...Thursday is good.  It's not a new episode of Supernatural, so that all works!
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on March 06, 2009, 04:42:10 PM
Alright, we left off in the middle of a big scene, so I'd like to jump back in as soon as we can.

Is everyone good for next week? After that we can skip a week to give folks a break, but I'd like to not lose too much momentum here.

My best days next week are Monday, Wednesday or Thursday.

How about you all?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on March 06, 2009, 08:37:11 PM
Monday and Thursday of those two work best. Rather not do Wednesday.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on March 09, 2009, 01:12:20 PM
Well I suppose it would seem that Monday is out. Cid/Ok, you guys down with Thursday?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on March 09, 2009, 10:38:23 PM
Probably not.  I'll be staffing the Pittsburgh Poison Centre that night.

Yes, 5 million people will be relying on me alone for treating poisons from the hours of midnight until 0800.

Anyway...this weekend would be sexcellent for me...uh...Tuesday after about 2200 (...yeah, probably too late for me), Wednesday is all good, Friday is all good (except for 2100-2200).
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on March 09, 2009, 10:41:12 PM
Not a fan of Wednesdays because it is the only day when I actually watch TV (Lost). Though I suppose I can just watch that online the next day.

Thursday's fine if OK can actually be here. Weekend also works, but I know Gate and weekend sessions generally don't mix.

...Man, you know what? I'm unemployed and have no life, just tell me when to be here.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on March 09, 2009, 11:06:24 PM
...well. That's interesting. I actually have a weekend free.

So, Sunday at, say...4pm EST sound good?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on March 11, 2009, 05:05:28 PM
Works for me.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on March 11, 2009, 06:24:40 PM
Could it by any chance be 5:00? Semi-decent odds I'll be gaming with Dune & co before the game, and even if I'm not I'm working with my dad/doing errands so I'd like a bit of breathing room.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on March 11, 2009, 11:28:39 PM
No sweat.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on March 13, 2009, 12:44:31 AM
Blagh. Sorry, but it seems like I am actually needed elsewhere on Sunday (mom's birthday--it's actually the 14th but apparently stuff is happening on Sunday instead).
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on March 13, 2009, 12:53:12 AM
Lovely. And I can't do Saturday. One of those frikkin' days today, I swear.

Alright looks like we're skipping this week. OK, Tai, what days are good for you two next week? I can do anything but Friday.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on March 13, 2009, 04:31:24 PM
As usual, Monday/Thursday are optimal. Wednesday can be done but we'd have to start ~9:30, Tuesday next week is flat out.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on March 14, 2009, 01:15:54 PM
Uh...Friday is out, Tuesday is out, weekend is out, Wednesday is out...Monday is the best day.  Thursday is doable.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on March 15, 2009, 04:44:51 PM
Let's try Monday again. 6 PM EST?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on March 16, 2009, 06:31:11 PM
And I'm fucked.  I need to work on something for the hospital for Thursday they need done stat.  Damnit.
Title: Re: Session Times

<OK-SlavingAwayAsUsual> In case you missed it - I had something come up I need to work on tonight - sorry
* Gatewalker nods. s'the way it goes.
> Alright, what other day/time would work for you?
<OK-SlavingAwayAsUsual> Uh...
<OK-SlavingAwayAsUsual> This week is shot unless you wanna try the weekend
<OK-SlavingAwayAsUsual> Next week...ugh...Wednesday probably is best
> Doubt I'll have two weekends in a row off. Alright, we'll try next wednesday.
<OK-SlavingAwayAsUsual> Ok
> what time?
<OK-SlavingAwayAsUsual> Can we shoot for 1900?
> 7pm your time/4pm mine, eh?
> Sure, I'll clear that with Tai/Cid

Alright, so how's that sound guys? If I can manage some weekend time, I'll know by Thursday and let you all know then. For now I'm guessing I won't though.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on March 16, 2009, 09:39:55 PM
Wednesday? ...Not particularly fond of it, but I'll see if I can swing it - involves missing an optional class is why I'm not terribly intrigued.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on March 16, 2009, 10:11:22 PM
Uh...crap. I don't want anyone missing class on account of Persona. I'll try and get some weekend time free.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on March 16, 2009, 10:13:52 PM
As I said, it's optional - doesn't influence my grade at all and it's more for pleasure than anything. Still, I'd rather not miss, 'cuz yeah, it's fun - I'll know what's going on this Wednesday, and if I know it's unappealing I'll duck out.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on March 18, 2009, 12:55:02 AM
Well, I have time free on Sunday~

So, game this Sunday, y/n? I figure optimal time should be around 5 EST(1700 for the OKs)?

Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on April 04, 2009, 07:14:46 AM
I'm kinda time-screwed next week, but Wednesday/Thursday -might- work.

Wednesday depends and I'll know Monday, Thursday's the backup. Or something.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on April 07, 2009, 12:44:34 PM
And no word from OK yet. We'll see if he can do this Thursday, if not, we'll try next week. If either of you see him around, kick him into the topic please.
Title: Re: Session Times

Thought I responded here.

So, this week is shitastic for me - I will be out late for a dinner tomorrow, then Thursday, then going to see the girlfriend on Friday-Sunday.

Next Monday?

Title: Re: Session Times

Or there could be no game afterall. Upcoming finals makes for arghbusyxorntoro.

This likely means that both this and next week are shot due to finals stuff. I think we're all patient enough sorts that we can just pick up after that though, yes?
Title: Re: Session Times

Alright, next Monday, the 27th. Who's game for picking back up then?

Title: Re: Session Times

Alrighty.

Cid, Tai, we can still do some "between sessions" rp stuff, like you talking to the girls and such.

Also, dur i r smrt, forgot to mention time. Standard 3:30 my time, 6:30 yours, if that's acceptable.
Title: Re: Session Times

dunno, waiting on the Knight of Oblivimication to tell us what day is good for him. My schedual is open, so seems best to ask the one with the least free time and the rest of us work around it.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on May 08, 2009, 12:22:03 AM
How about...next Monday I'm working until 9, Thursday is the Supernatural Season Finale, Tuesday I'm at clinic until 9, Wednesday...I'm doing something, but I forget what (but should be available later).  Would a weekend work?  This coming Sunday is free for me.  If not, Wednesday is best, since I work early morning next Saturday, so late Friday would suuuuuck.
Title: Re: Session Times

This approaching Sunday doesn't work for me, family gathering due to Mother's Day. Wednesday's better.

Wednesday is the season finale of Lost. >.< But I can watch it online the next day instead if Wednesday is the only day that works for us this week.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on May 10, 2009, 11:45:51 PM
Seems like Wednesday is our best bet here. Alright, I'll need times then.

I'm good from 3EST onward, myself. Any idea when this "later" you speak of will be, OK?

Also, Tai, did you want to try and play out the rest of the conversation with Mika on Mon/Tues?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: oblivionknight on May 11, 2009, 04:27:00 PM
I'll probably be back from the hospital at ~1800 or so.  How late can people go?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on May 11, 2009, 08:31:25 PM
Starting at 6:30EST seems to be the standard for us anyway.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on May 13, 2009, 08:12:38 AM
Mrf. I should still be up for doing this, but my dad's dragging me out for a while, so this may have to be a night session. My serious apologies, I just got told it last night.

I should be back 8:30/9:00ish; maybe start up Val/Hikari and throw me in when I return? I don't know. This being said I'm up for running as late as desired.

Also, Gate, yeah, I would have liked to but I think I let it slip for too long, forgot to prod you yesterday. File it as "generally encouraging conversation attempt and trying to convince her that talking to Mistia's best because it lets her move on" conversation? Mrf. Sorry.

Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on May 21, 2009, 01:20:18 PM
I am currently more then a little blarg and braindead, and have been for a few days now, so no idea when I'm going to be in shape to run a full session.

That said, once I get social link rules up, if any of you want to start working on any of those, we can run that. One on one stuff is alot easier then full group stuff. There is also likely to be a bit of timeslip between resolving the Mika adventure and stumbling across the next one.
Title: Re: Session Times

Right. Will keep in mind. Whenever you're ready to run, just say so.

Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on July 28, 2009, 12:36:08 PM
Alrighty, we're picking this back up after DLC and turning it into a weekly thing.

As for day, Tai has suggested Thursdays and I'm good with that. Any prior engagements on Thursdays we need to worry about with you, Cid? Also from both of you, what would be a good start/stop time?

Also, if Thurs is good, I can certainly be ready to run on the 6th, despite that being right after 'con, if you two are up for playing then. If not, the 13th is also doable.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on August 05, 2009, 11:45:37 AM
So Metroid is having her official name changing party this Thurs, and I guess that works out anyway since I've been a zombie the past couple days and haven't prepped as much as I'd like. Boo to con crud.

Restarting on the Thursday the 13th. Still need suggestions for starting times from you two.

Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on September 15, 2009, 02:54:03 PM
Wednesdays I've class until 5:15 so we would've been looking at 6 my time anyway. This being said, the laptop is dead, I won't be seeing it in use again thusly my presence tomorrow is highly, highly unlikely.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on October 01, 2009, 06:53:52 PM
So, I've got a job offer, which presumably means that I'll be doing the 9-to-5 thing again in the near future. Is pushing the start time back to six or seven PM EST workable for everyone? (I could probably swing the former. Not sure, though, depends on what kind of commute I'm looking at.)
Title: Re: Session Times

So long as it stays Thursdays, that might actually be better all things considered, sure.

So, we have a Snow who would like to join the game, but is at work during the current timeslot. We're talking about shuffling a bit to see if we can find one that works for everyone here.

Snow, care to chime in with what times you can manage first?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Jo'ou Ranbu on October 10, 2009, 01:16:13 AM
Alright. I'm available at anytime past 10:30 PM my time, 9:30 PM Tai's time, 6:30 Gate's time. I don't know how that translates to Ciddy hours, however, and would like to clarify. I can do any day but Friday. Early afternoon time in theory (say, 12:30 my time) would be possible as well, but I don't like the idea of gaming -before- I go to work.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on October 12, 2009, 01:49:01 PM
Ciddy time = Toro time.

Afternoon is probably out assuming that I'll be employed in the near future.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on October 12, 2009, 11:49:48 PM
That doesn't tell us if you're actually okay with a 9:30 start time though, Cid. It just means the afternoon(which Snow has said he already would like to avoid) is out. <_<

Okay, since I'm sorta dense, I'm going to say it now. Daylight Savings Time will kick in for me from this Saturday onwards. This may sound bad in a vacuum, but this actually means that, instead of getting home at 9:30 PM toro/Ciddy time and 6:30 PM Gate time, I'll be hitting home at 8:30/5:30 respectively, so if the agreed timeframe gets taxing, it can be shoved an hour earlier for convenience.
Title: Re: Session Times

Right. Our time as it stands should work fine, gives you more time to get in for a bit (and then we hit Daylight Savings Time and throw you off again.)

Session for this week(Thurs the 22nd) is just going to be the other half of Snow's prologue.

Tai/Cid, sorry about not getting this done earlier and making an actual session of this week, but gaming three times this week is way too much for me and I've already menitoned the whys in chat.

Missing two weeks in a row like this really kinda hurts the gameflow, but I think folks can understand with holiday madness. Jenna has all this week off and I'm basically burnt out on social interaction thanks to 4 days in a row at her folks' place(where I have 0 in common with anyone not named Jenna).

In short, Thurs is New Years Eve anyway and I doubt I'll be coherent enough to run a boss fight by tomorrow, so is there any objection to just calling this week a wash?

Okay, new job has settled, I now have a stable-ish schedule. I work from 8AM-5:30PM my time (this is 6AM-3:30PM on Ciddy/toro time), which also means now I need to be in bed at most at midnight (which is... just a bit after dinner for Gate, 10PM Ciddy/Tai). If we get, say, one or two hours earlier than usual on Thursdays, I think I can make a weekly low-sleep night, but I'd like to discuss possibilities a bit more.

Gonna actually request we swap Persona game dates for this next week - I have a schedule conflict with a friend's sending off party (he's moving to Texas, so I won't see him for a good long while). Thursday as such doesn't work - switch to Mon or Wed (if Wed, Snow can do the SLink Thurs?)

asdaskdhas

So. When we decided on the move to Friday instead of Thursday, I had completely forgotten that this Friday is the 3rd, my birthday, and Jenna had taken it off and made plans to go out and such. So yeah, game will need to be on the 2nd(Thursday, tomorrow) instead.

We can swap to Fri starting next week, though.

Sorry about the late notice. I, uh, didn't even think about it until I saw the calander that had gotten swapped over to Sept this morning. <_<
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on September 14, 2010, 08:45:45 PM
Alright, this Fri is me and Jenna's anniversary, so obviously no game. We made tentative plans for normal session on Thurs again, but it's sounding like that's not going to work for Snow. I know Thurs also isn't too great for Tai anymore.

So...what do we want to do? I could run a quick Hikari solo thing(S.Link or something else) if Tai just wants to sit this one out? If Tai's okay to go, we could do a Nagareless session and just say he's stuck in some meetings? Or we could just call it a wash if even Cid's not up for it(hahahaha).

So yeah, Tai/Cid, what's it gonna be?

Post by: Jo'ou Ranbu on October 17, 2010, 04:12:42 PM
Okay. Due to the whole streamlining Gate's proposing, I think we may want to schedule a non-gaming day to talk about the changes that may be implemented (I personally want some feedback on S. Link mechanics changes). This week, I could propose we gather at #personador one day and talk about it - for me, the better days would be Monday/Wednesday/Thursday, all after 8:30PM my time (3:30 Gate time, DST started today over here). It -may- be later, but earlier is a bit sketchy for me. Gate also mentioned Monday is bad for him, so it's likely Wed/Thur are the big days here. I can't swing Tuesday due to going to a concert at 9PM that day. So, anyone want to suggest a date?
Title: Re: Session Times

Post by: Jo'ou Ranbu on November 18, 2010, 06:55:25 PM
Okay, unexpected work shanghainenigans. We're going to have to go nuts tomorrow over preparing press kit material for a press conference on Monday and this means all bets are off regarding when we get out, since we're not leaving until it's done. This means that I may not be able to come back in time for the session, and, if I do, I may be just fried enough to not be able to even think straight, let alone play. There are no guarantees, though - I won't know until I get home from work. So, I'll just leave it at this: if, one hour from gaming, I'm not around in chat, odds are I'll fail to make it. Otherwise, we're probably good to go. Sorry for the short notice, but it's as far in advance as I could make it, since we found out about this junk -this afternoon-.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on November 18, 2010, 07:05:22 PM
Alright, since you all are out of the Dream currently I can run with Nagare not being around for a session if it comes to that. Hikari has the key right now anyway(see latest S.Link) and it's easy to have the prof sucked into a meeting he'd rather not be in, preventing him from helping out. If work interferance is good enough for the player, it's good enough for the character~

Ideally you'll be here and in good shape of course, but don't worry about it if you aren'rt.

Okay so it's Toro's End Of Semester I Want To Punch People In The Gonads time!

Right now I'm working on 20pg/5pg/10+page essays, and while I'm hoping to be in a place where I can do Persona tonight, I can't promise I won't have imploded. (I WANNA BEAT BLAND UPPPP)

So basically if we don't play tonight, any interest/capability to run two sessions next week to make up for it?

On my end, WRF all work (Wed-Fri). Tuesday's flat out, sadly, won't be here in the evening. Monday... if we start much later, which will mean probably a limited session due to Snownergy. Thoughts?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on December 10, 2010, 04:41:48 PM
Sadly, I can't just run S.Links today if Tai can't make it(which was his first suggestion). Because you don't really have any more free time before going in to clock back and use, and I can't skip ahead to let you use time after this because...well, the results of what happens in the Asylum are important.

I can, however, run twice next week no problems, whatever days you can all manage it.

The "much later" depends on how much later that means. During the week, honestly, the times we usually run on Friday just won't work for me due to that being two hours away from my bedtime (yay DST). If we can do any day one or two hours earlier than usual, I'm game, though.

I can be around and expect to be home that night, so here is one y.

I'll know in a few days, most likely.

If it's like last year, I won't be around.

I can't do New Year's Eve, but I can do the night before. That work?

And thursday isn't good for me, unfortunately. -_-

What I CAN do though, if you all can, is run both Monday and Friday next week(so the 3rd and the 7th). How does that sound?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on December 27, 2010, 04:01:03 PM
We'll see on that end - my friend is in town and I'm likely to be crashed at his place often. This being said, I can definitely say that at least one of those nights will be fine, if not both.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on December 27, 2010, 04:58:56 PM
I shouldn't have any problems with either day.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Jo'ou Ranbu on December 28, 2010, 05:50:04 PM
I can't really do any weekday besides Friday unless you guys want -really- short sessions (as in one and a half hour long) or I want my workday to completely suck. Given how an average session ends at like 3AM my time, pulling it off midweek is risky for me.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on December 28, 2010, 06:21:07 PM
I'm off work the 31st. Is there any chance that makes it possible to just run earlier than usual, or is the Toro going to be out the entire day?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on December 29, 2010, 02:01:25 PM
According to a post in the DL, the toro is now having computure troubles like whoa thanks to some nasty malware or something. So...don't be surprised if we don't hear back from him in here in time. -_-

Apologies, but posting solely to fully deconfirm as, yes, my laptop exploded in effect.

In addition, Monday may even be risky since I don't know when I'll get it back. The people I gave it to do damn good work. Fast? Not so much.

*mutters something about horriblebad timing*

Can we schedule a S. Link this Tuesday, Gate? Any time after I return from work is fine.

EDIT: Should be back from work at 6PM my time, roughly, maybe a bit later. That's roughly four hours before we start the game at the scheduled time.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on January 25, 2011, 03:46:07 PM
As it turns out, today brings with it Stuff To Do, so I may not be able to do an S.Link this afternoon. 6 your time is...what, 2 mine? Yeah, I won't be free until roughly 6 my time, which is like 10 yours. If you can do one that late then we can go with it, if not we'll have to pass.
Title: Re: Session Times

Hey, Gate, is that possibility for a S. Link during the weekend still open?
Title: Re: Session Times

Possibly! I'll check with Jenna today about weekend plans and let you know at gametime tonight.

This week, you think you have any time for another S. Link session, Gate? Like, say, one day of Monday-Wednesday?

Um, well, running Regionspace for Tai today, actually. Sorry. <_<

Herp derp DST again. Dunno how it catches me by surprise every damn year.

So we jumped ahead an hour up the the north half of the world, meaning 7:30 EST/4:30 PST is coming an hour earlier then it used to for Snow.

Snow: is starting an hour earlier feasable for you(I'm guessing no, but gotta ask).

Tai/Cid: is starting an hour later feasable for you two, if starting earlier isn't for Snow?

9:30 to 8:30 is generally viable for me - today was really a freak exception.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on March 22, 2011, 12:23:50 PM
I'm not going to be around Friday, but since Mike was gonna shuffle to the eye doc Snow and Cid can continue dreamspace romp?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on March 22, 2011, 12:30:16 PM
Cid may not be around this week either, so we'll see what comes up.

Anyway...I'm hoping to get this fixed soon one way or another, but mIRC is flat out refusing to let me on at the moment so I haven't been in chat. I'll post here if I can't manage to get that fixed by tomorrow.

Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on March 26, 2011, 08:01:47 PM
Alright. We're moving next month, so here's the deal.

8th is flat out not happening. That's the day we officially get the new place, deal with an inspection here, and have a whole lot of shit to do.

22nd MAY not be happening. That's the last weekend we have to tidy this current place up before inspection and the final move out.

1st, 15th and 29th should be fine, but take note of that word "should". Shit might come up.

The reason this will be taking so long is that we're doing it almost entirely ourselves with a bit of help here and there from a local freind(maybe) and will be hiring movers ONLY for the furniature. So it's the "couple of carloads every day" model of moving.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on April 01, 2011, 06:34:31 PM
And shit has officially come up for today. On top of me being exhausted from little sleep last night and the sudden heat spike from yesterday/today, Jenna has to pull an all nighter tonight so will be napping the afternoon away. That being during game time. The bed and my computer are in the same room, and her computer is acting funny.

So rather then miss two weeks in a row, how does Wednesday or Thursday(the 6th or 7th) work for everyone? Monday's going to be a continuation of weekend stuff for me, and iirc the Cid has a game in the Tuesday slot still, so it's basically just Wed or Thur.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on April 01, 2011, 06:44:55 PM
Wednesday is optimal, but I won't be home/ready until 8:30 my time, as a reminder.
Thursday I get home/would be ready around 9:15 or so, and I'm likely to be tired.

This being said, if Cid/Snow were busy doing stuffs they can finish it?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on April 01, 2011, 08:03:37 PM
I don't have anything Tuesdays. Not sure what you're thinking of there, Gate (my gaming is all smashed into Friday/Saturday).

Any day's good for me, really.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Jo'ou Ranbu on April 01, 2011, 08:06:37 PM
Same as Ciddy on my end. Wed/Thurs are essentially the same for me, and are fine.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on April 04, 2011, 03:04:45 PM
We'll do Wednesday then. Starting at 6PM Gate time, so 9PM Tai/Cid time and whatever that translates to in Snow time(wanna give Tai a few to settle back in once returning home). Sound good?
Title: Re: Session Times

Title: Re: Session Times

Oh, yes. It is now.
Title: Re: Session Times

Okay.

Family is having early celebratory graduation dinner this Friday, will not be here.

Will be here Wednesday at a normal time so can start 7:30 like normal game time. Satisfactory?
(I can't really pull Tuesday or Thursday this week either, need to go to class and I won't be focused by the time I return home most likely.)
Title: Re: Session Times

This week I can't pull it off period until further notice. I lost my steady internet access and using my mother's laptop to game is out of the question. I may not regain my internet until next week. =/
Title: Re: Session Times

Alrighty then. So I'll just run solo scenes this week. Mike at normal time on Wed and Hikari at normal time on Fri.

mIRC acting up again. Hopefully will be on for game today. If not, well, blarg. (Covering my bases and posting here as well as asking Dune to poke Cid about this via chat.)
Title: Re: Session Times

Belay that. Dune got me a version of mIRC that isn't filled with black sorcerey and gremilns.
Title: Re: Session Times

But it still has Hatbots, so I'd imagine it's not much of an improvement.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on April 18, 2011, 02:45:39 AM
Alrighty. Computer is being removed from the apartment on Friday morning, and there won't be internet at the new place until the 27th at the earliest. Sooooo yeah, game on the 22nd is not happening and likely won't be able to pull a makeup game for it. Flat out NO time this week at all, every day is movingmovingmovingmoving(doing it all ourselves to not have to pay movers).

Apologies for the shitty and inconsistant schedual lately, hopefully things stabilize next month.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Taishyr on April 27, 2011, 07:35:05 PM
My schedule will be stable next month barring insanity so yeah. This being said, I just got notified that I'm being dragged out for a graduation dinner Friday after a ceremony instead of being allowed to come back home, recoup/relax, and deal with Saturday's fracas as it comes.

... so blargl, in sum.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on April 28, 2011, 03:06:14 PM
The good: Everything's moved, we're all done but some unpacking/cleaning/waiting for new furniature to be delivered.

The bad: Internet works for every computer but mine. What the hell. No problem with the router, it's just the wireless card in my comp that's being a prick. We'll be hitting Best Buy tomorrow to get a new one that will work, but it's still a safe bet that we wont' be on tomorrow.

That being said: How does either Mon or Wed work for people? I need to get logs up(once my comp, which they're all on, is online) before we can run, so maybe Wed would work better, but if Mon is what can be done, then it's what can be done? Fri should also be good for next week as well. After tomorrow, schedual is officially returning to stable.

I don't have any problem with any of those dates. Would lean Wednesday because torodecompression but.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on April 28, 2011, 05:40:03 PM
Wednesday should be okay. Looming isn't running this week so sleep woes shouldn't be a problem.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Jo'ou Ranbu on April 30, 2011, 03:01:09 PM
In -theory-, Wednesday should be okay for me (better than Monday for certain). Problem is, outside Fridays, the next two and a half weeks look -bad- for gaming on my end. My boss' vacation starts this Monday and I'm her substitute, which means I'm inevitably getting home later and more tired than is usual. I may be late and I may be zony, and I'll definitely have to pull out a bit early. Fridays are still fine, though, being a bit late possibility aside.
Title: Re: Session Times

Feeling shity, unable to focus, and have not gotten any of the prep that you chasing down the Hell Biker actually requires done(minor depression set in on teh weekend, this entire week has basically been a bust for me. Not really an excuse, but there it is).

So I'm calling today. Sorry about the short notice, it just didn't really sink in until now. See you folks on the 27th.

Okay so it kinda sounds like no one'll be available Friday. Any interest in a Wednesday meetup/gaming?

(If someone can't come, more S. Links also works well at this point, so no pressure~)
Title: Re: Session Times

Wednesday won't work for me, we'll arrive late at Austin (11PM late). Thursday, maybe?
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on June 13, 2011, 09:13:41 PM
I might be here Friday. Long story short, mom's crazy relatives dropping by without checking ahead of time whether that works with anyone else's plans. We're not even sure Friday is when anything is happening, just the first option that got thrown at me.

Alternately, Thursday is perfectly fine for me in any event.

Not certain I'll be around Thursday, myself, honestly.

asdf

And I've just been informed that *I* won't be available friday. Kier's flying out super duper early Sat morning, so we've got stuff that needs doing the afternoon before. Whee. -_-;

I think Cid said it best here: <Deadward> One of those weeks.
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: Sierra on July 01, 2011, 05:12:49 PM
Not really mentally up to the business of pretending to be someone else at the moment, going to beg off gaming tonight. Highly encourage people to run without me given number of missed sessions lately, Hikari can just be in robo mode (she's 50% there already anyway, right? Wait, I think I made that joke before. I'm not very good at them).
Title: Re: Session Times
Post by: VySaika on July 14, 2011, 03:25:30 PM
Tai has said he will almost certainly not be with us this week. Since fighting Biker without full team is a no-go, what other scenes/S.Links/etc do you two want to cover?
Title: Re: Session Times

Agh forgot to mention this last week. This Friday I'm taking a quick trip stateside for a friend's birthday celebration, and I have 0% chances of making this session. Blarg, meant to tell earlier but it just hit me now.
