Something fun for people looking into art stuff (or that just anyone can enjoy). Toss up links with a brief description. I'll toss an occassional link every now and then if others aren't contributing to keep this link alive. For as long as I have links anyhow. I'll also toss it up as a sticky at that.
To Start:
How To Draw Manga - by Jullie Dillon[/u]

An oldie link many artists have probably stumbled, but always worth mentioning. General tutorials on anything from hair, eyes, faces, figures, etc. In an anime/manga style, of course.
Making A Starfield[/u]

Want a starry background for your pic? Here's a general idea on how to pull one off.
No more tutorials yet? Phooey... ;_;
Ah well. Same guy who did the galaxy tutorial:
Making a Planet

Draw your own planet now! =D
Jeez, doesn't -anyone- have links to neat art tutorials besides me? =p
Ningen's Tutorials[/u]

My favorites here are the Spell circle and the Water Ripple. There are a few others that are interesting though, and should be looked at. I've used the grass one in the past as well.
Neat stuff, merc. =)

Using Flash - A flash tutorial animation:

Not the best, but definitely amusing. It covers a few of the 'must-knows-of-flash' in a storytelling style mode. It's definitely not for the more well-versed with the related program, but for the clueless and uninitiated. The flash animator warns this himself in his shoutbox. Still, it's cute if nothing else. And might serve as a guide for anyone interested in making flash banners for the BBTech or Clanzi2k skins for SR.

Not exactly anime related, but it covers a LOT of different Photoshop techniques and tools. An excellent place to get started.
