Classes are Monday and Wednesday, from 1pm CST to 7pm CST. Takes me about an hour to drive to school, so you could really consider it from noon to 8pm. They start next week, the 22nd.

The Thursday after this coming one is Thanksgiving and the day after is Black Friday. Are we going to have any attendance problems for those days? I'm gonna be around-ish, don't much like Thanksgiving and we're staying home this year anyway. Ditto with Friday, between jobs so blowing money is a no-no. I don't imagine this matters for Cor or Eb, but what about Merc and Yuth? Gonna miss either of those days?

Next week is Thanksgiving week. For the two of you that aren't in America, that means it's a holiday week full of the normal disruptions that holidays bring. With the Christmas season just around the corner, I could use a few days to relax as well. What does this mean? I'm canceling next Wednesday's session on top of next Thursday's session being a wash due to being Thanksgiving day. This gives me 5 straight days off, a lovely chance to unwind before the craziness of lovely December. This also means I won't run this Monday or Tuesday to compensate.
It's possible I'll miss next Friday as well. (Not tomorrow/today, but in 7 days.) This will only apply to daytime sessions, as I may get stuck helping out with the Christmas decorating. I won't know until the day of, but I suspect I'm gonna be the one.
This also gives me a nice stretch of time to get NPC level ups done, since it was noted in nagging you guys are due to level up. While not a primary factor in my decision, it's certainly a nice side benefit.

Week after next: TBA depending on scheduling. This will likely start with bringing Ithea into the game. In the interests of getting the group going, I'll pull something or another to get Ithea caught up with everyone else right away. Should this end up pulling you from the current dungeon, there will be compensation or some way to avoid rehashing the areas you've already crossed. If I pull fiat to get y'all together, you won't be penalized for it.
This presumes Ithea is ready post Iddy's vacation, but I presume this will be a yes.
I'll be available monday if you want to do an ease back into game session. Wednesday I'm unsure on right now.
I was aiming for later in the week or during Iddy's vacation for you, but let me see what they have to say first. If Monday's a no-go for them, I'll run a combat demo and warm up for you.

I may be late today. Just leaving work now and while I typically need only 40 min or so to get home, traffic map is showing six accidents scattered around all the paths I can take home. Nevermind, I made it with time to spare. Managed to find a path to avoid the accidents on the road (apparently darkness+fog+rain don't go well for people!), and though it still took an hour and I'm feeling a little wound up, I should be good to go by game time.

Wednesday: At some point I'm going to get with Iddy to do some Lief stuff. Exact time TBA depending on how New Year's prep goes.
Thursday: Normal session.
Friday or Saturday: Will post about next week's session. It may be tricky since my day off will be nabbed by getting an eye injection. We'll see how they line up and how my vision is.
My days off are Sunday and Thursday. However, I got the day wrong and Thursday is my eye injection. If I get another day off we'll run, but I can't guarantee Thursday. It'll depend on how fast my eye clears up from it.
Even if it clears up, I don't recommend running a session that same day. I'd just as soon say skip the week.
It's nothing we're strangers to this season, and while it sucks, I'd rather you let your eyes heal properly.
Heads up! My parents annual visit has been extended from two weeks starting on Jan 7 to FIVE WEEKS, same start date. That means that I'm hit or miss many many days.

I'm going to be in a review course for the PE License exam, and the class is from 4pm-7pm at UH. It'll then take me approximate 1-1.5 hrs to get back home.
We normally start by 8pm, and I -would- get home by 8:30 at the latest...I just wouldn't want to game around then after 4.5 hours of class+driving. Once in a while I might be willing, but not something I'd like to do for the most part.
So I ended up with today off after all. Can we get together this evening?

Yeah, she'll be fine. She had a real bad cough and flu-like symptoms. Coupled with her bad heart, they thought she might have a heart attack from it. It's not the flu, bronchitis and something else. They kept her until her coughing died down and for a few hours after to be sure. They've got her on steroids and some sort of -cillin derivative. She should be ok. It's been a day.

So yeah, I had a night. In no particular order:
- Something in my place is setting off my asthma, no idea what. Been cleaning like mad this morning to try and help, gonna run an air purifier too. Lots of inflammation and coughing.
- Got woken up by a roach. Yeah. Imagine the possible ways that can happen and none of them are good. In silver lining territory, our bimonthly spraying is today anyway, so that's amazingly good timing.
- What sleep I got was disjointed and broken up. It was also on the living room couch, which never helps.
- My dog's compulsive itching and chewing was in full effect last night and she stayed by me, so I was semi-constantly disturbed by her chewing, ignoring being told to stop and going on until she cries. Rinse and repeat all night long. Poor dog, at least she's getting better, but tonight was not one of her good nights.
Yeah, I'm not sure how coherent I'm going to be today. I'm gonna try to run, but it may fizzle out. Falling asleep sitting up is a possibility, depending on how my energy level goes. So if I just vanish, assume I'm asleep.

As you all might know, I tend not to post on Tuesday evenings due to Neph's FFd6 game occupying several players. However, as that is currently on hiatus and likely to switch to a different format, this puts Tuesday evenings back in play. I'm not sure how much I'll do with them, as I enjoy having a free evening, but I'll probably do things on at least some of them.
This particular Tuesday evening will depend how I feel in a few hours.

In unrelated news, I may be a tad late today. I have to run out but it should be quick. Hopefully I'll be back by session start.

It's that time of year. You know, the time where holidays get in the way of sessions. Anyway.
Thanksgiving (November 24th) is canceled. As I work in retail, Black Friday (November 25th) is likewise canceled. Just assume I'm going to be a ball of whimpering misery those days, okay?
Christmas Eve/Day fall on Saturday and Sunday this year, so expect minimal disruptions from them for B3. Likewise with New Year's Eve/Day.
Except at least one random cancel during December due to holiday stress and work overload.

The holiday season's almost over. On the 26th I'm going to reinstate night sessions since extended shifts are done. Additionally, once New Year's is past, I'm going to try and step up my own posting as well, get things going more. Reverse the lethargy and beat down of the holiday season.
I may postpone that part a bit if I need post holiday time, but that's the plan.
Christmas is almost here. No posting until the 26th. However, see nagging for some bonus material.
Thursday is a B5 make up day, so don't expect afternoon posting that day. I may get in some extra posting pending how the morning goes.

Okay, I've been running 4-5 hours of session 5+ days a week for a good long while now. I really enjoy B3, but lately my performance has begun to degrade. Some of this is physical and health factors on my end, but a good part is burnout. So I'm going to take some downtime. As such, I'm taking off the week of April 24th through the 30th. I may extend this into May if I need to when that's over, but I'm usually raring to go by then. Ideally I'll be hungry to DM again as well as refreshed mentally and physically.
I plan to do design work in the free time, as I've had a growing urge to do more of that. Not sure how much of that will make it to your eyes, but I plan to finish up a Beezlebub stat block at the very least. Jaela, your light's on the table as well.
B5 players, this won't impact the makeup day for B5. More on that tomorrow once I confirm my work schedule for next week.

A long and exhausting day of being strong-armed volunteering for a work event.
I'm not sure when we'll resume yet. This is not about burnout but the fact that I'm going to the doc about back pain today. There's good odds I'll get put on muscle relaxers again, which means at least a few days of being a sleepy zombie. Lemme see how this hashes out today before announcing a return date. There's good odds Tuesday won't be it and better odds for Wednesday, but we'll see.
I'm doing better on burnout. I'm not 100% but I am feeling refreshed, so it's an improvement. I really need some do-nothing days to rejuvenate my mind and creativity. Every day DMing drains you, y'know?

A reminder for next week, in addition to this Friday's problems. I work Thanksgiving (booooooo) and Black Friday, so those are certainly cancels. I'm actually off this coming Wednesday, but I may or may not cancel anyway. It'll be a mood thing, since the time off before the big two days helps me a lot.
I have an appointment today at 12 but hopefully should not be too late regardless.
I start working later from now to Christmas, just like previous years. So don't expect a whole lot of evening posting until after the holiday.

We're getting slammed with a blizzard. If I vanish, that means the power's out. It hasn't yet so good odds it doesn't, but just in case.
Went to bed super early and slept a ton last night, which helped in spite of fever dreams and fever sleep. So sorry for no posting last night. I'm still ill but intend some afternoon posting, with evening posting to be a question of how I feel then.
Sometime this week (probably the later week, like Thursday or Friday), I'm getting a new computer shipped in. That day will be a down day due to needing to be there to sign for it and away from the computer, plus the fun of migrating computers. More on this once I know what day it is for sure.
Heads up: class starts this week. Today actually.

I think I told all of you about the problems at work on Friday? Come Monday and I'm stressed out, drained and altogether not up for anything. I'm going to take today off as a mental health day. Service ideally resumes tomorrow.

8pm-11pm are reliable times for me, sun-thu. Fri-sat are my weekend, so pretty much whenever-11pm on those. For reference, I'm posting this at 8pm. :)
6pm to 11pm Mon-Fri, 12pm to 11pm Sat/Sun. That's all GMT which I believe is five hours ahead of your own time, Dune.
Times are very reliable.
When I lose my job the Sat/Sun times will also apply to weekdays until I find a new one, which may result in decreased availability.
Let me get back to you on this once I have things settled a bit more where I am.

I work Monday - Friday 6 am to 2:30 pm. Usually get home around 3 pm. All in Texas time (CST/MNT). Saturday I'm in class until about 1:30 pm. Rest of the time I'm generally open.
