http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/ ran into this a while ago trying to do stuff. It has since manifested on all of my machines. It bypasses the machine going "I can't do that, bob" on virtually any user initiated action. No "unknown program decides you can't delete this."
Man, you mean I don't have to restart the computer just to delete a folder anymore?
I never could understand how I'd be able to delete everything in the folder, but the folder itself wouldn't want to go.
